I heard the jumping board stop and in a second Jace was there, pushing me back onto a deck chair.
He straddled me and looked me straight in the eye.
"What is that?" He said. Looking toward my hip.
I followed his look to see black ink.
It was m feather. My black feather.
looked down at my marking again.
How in the heck do I explain this?
"Thats a feather," I replied smartly, trying to wiggle out of his grasp. I liked the feeling of our skin
together, but he was never supposed to see the feather.
"I know its a goddamned feather, but why is it there?"
Stupid smart demon. They aren't supposed to know we have these, we would be way to easy to
kill.
"Cause, um, you know," I said, looking anywhere but him.
"Fawn, look at me," he said. When I did he continued. "Is it a tattoo, or some angel thing that I'm
not allowed to know about?" He said, loosening his grip, but still straddling me.
"An angel thing. I'm sorry I can't tell you."
"It's alright, just need to know if your hurting your body in anyway."
Does he really care about me that much? How lucky can I get?
Fawn you JUST met him!
So what? He's so sweet, and nice.
But its dangerous for him. You don't deserve him. Besides, you cant just fall in love right now.
You still have school to worry about.
The voice turned off, signaling my mind to go out of my control and to have a rant.
I don't deserve him. He should be with someone who can take care of themselves.
I'm just this little girl, who cant care for themselves.
I'm like a broken glass doll. You can stare all you want but it will never be complete again.
"Hey Jace, why does our house smell like playboy mansion?" Ace asked coming outside, nose
plugged.
"Dude, what are you talking about, it smells fine." Jace argued, now getting off of me,
unfortunately.
"Well then come smell it, you'll see." Ace said walked out farther, trying to get away from the
smell.
Jace walked to the back doors of the house and took a tin intake of breath.
"What in the hell," He muttered. Then his eyes snapped open and he had this little twinkle in
his eye. "Thats why I didn't smell it before, you sneaking little devil."
Jace turned to me and smirked.
"I prefer the term angel." I said sweetly.
"I have been around you so much I didn't smell it. You smell like the playboy mansion, without
the sex smell. You also smell like violets. You smell good, like innocence." Jace said, walking
towards me, still smirking.
"What ever do you mean, Jace," I said, getting up and walking backwards. The pool was to the
left of us, and the house to the right. It gave me a small area to run. The only place I could run as
over the fence and into the neighbors yard. I wonder how they would feel if a bikini wearing me
jumped their fence...
Jace stalked a bit closer, and evil glint in his eye. He took another step then took off running
towards me.
Only one way to find out...
I turned and ran towards the fence. Using my extra strength, jumped and pulled m small body
over the edge and falling to the green grass below...

Sorry for any mistakes, I just wrote this now. No editing...
Hey everybodies. I'm just uploading this...cause I dont want to do homework. We might not
have school tomorrow so I'll upload the rest of my stories...since I have been so mean to you all, but
one thing I would like is some more feed back because I'm feeling down in the dumps with this all..
Nobody says any feedback except, "upload soon" or "I love it! Upload as soon as possible"" It
makes me feel like you guys only want something to read.
Another thing is that I am kinda writing another story.. but its based on one of my friends life. So
its really important to me.
That thing that I uploaded yesterday, then deleted was called Revolution of my Feelings Toward
You was a dream I had. Then after I wrote the prolouge I saw how dumb it was and deleated it. But I
love the title so I'm going to write another story that can have that title as its, you know, title.
Love you all's bunches of oats! MUaH!
