Ellies pov
When Rue left, I made sure to get her phone number. I'm glad I kinda have a new friend, she seems chill. Since it was 1am, I realised I should probably go to bed considering school starts at 8am.

"I'm going to bed now, goodnight boys" I say, getting up. "Goodnight Els" Ash says, hugging me. "Night you little shit. School tomorrow?" Fez asks and I nod. "Love ya kid" He says, kissing my forehead. "Love you losers" I say laughing. I send Rue a text, making sure she's still going to go to school.

I don't bother replying to her text, instead I just FaceTime her. "Yo what's up" I say, smiling. "You're definitely Fez and Ash's sister" she says laughing. "I mean I am the superior sibling" I say jokingly. "Is Fez soft with you like he is with me?" I ask Rue. "Yeah, he's like my bro. Ever since I got back from rehab we got close. He's not the big tough guy he makes out to be" Rue says and I agree. "Oh he's the softest. I'm lucky to have him though" I say. "I really never expected him to be soft" Rue says and I laugh. "He's been soft my whole life with me. Who would think the towns tough guy drug dealer would be out buying tampons and chocolate for his little sister at midnight" I tell Rue, who found it hilarious.

"For real? I thought he'd be awkward and shit with that stuff" she says. "Oh he definitely was. I remember in 6th grade I started my first period and I had to call him because it was when our grandma just had her accident. Anyways, he picked me up from school and was so confused and awkward. He soon learnt though" I say laughing. "The towns tough guy maybe isn't so tough" she says.

"I've never saw him acting tough, to be honest. I don't see him do his work. The only time I did see tough Fez was when this old dude tried to touch me up. I've never so Fezco get so angry" I say. "What about Ash, is he a softy?" Rue asks and I shrug. "He is but he also isn't. He thinks he has to protect us all but he's still a kid. I mean we all are" I say, yawning.

"Are you tired?" Rue asks and I nod. The time was now 3:30am. "Go to sleep, I'll end the call" She says but I shake my head. "Stay on, please?" I say. "Alright, go to sleep though. I'll come over to your house in the morning and we can walk to school together if you want?" Rue asks and I nod. "Goodnight Rue" I say. "Goodnight El" Rue replies before I find myself asleep.
