Ellie was nothing like her brothers, Fezco and Ashtray. But she loved them. They all made sure to promise each other that they'd never leave one another but sometimes life gets in the way of promises.
Ellies pov "Girls, wake up" Leslie says quite loudly. I wake up, all flustered. I look around confused, Rue was cuddled up to me. "Sorry to wake you both but I've made dinner for y'all before your party" she says. "Shit, how long have we slept" Rue says laughing. "Thanks Leslie" I say, thanking her. As we walk to the kitchen, I see she's made pasta - my favourite food!
"I hope you like pasta, Ellie" she says. "I do, it's actually my favourite. Thank you" I say, smiling. "You don't have to keep thanking me. Our home is yours" she says and I smile gratefully. Gia also joined us so I got to know her. "How's your family, Ellie? I should meet your parents" Leslie says. "Oh. Erm" I say, unsure on where to start. Surely Rue doesn't tell her Mom that my brother is her drug dealer? "It's a sensitive subject Mom" Rue says. "I'm so sorry" Her Mom says, apologetically.
"No, it's okay. It's a long story but I'll explain. My Mom ditched me when I was a newborn, she gave me over to someone she knew. So I started living with this woman and her grandson. Who I now call my grandma and my brother, Fezco. My grandma is the best. She also took in another kid, not long after me. He's called Ash. Anyways, when I was around 10, my grandma fell and went into a coma. She's still on life support in our home. None of us can let her leave us despite her not being able to talk or move. So I suppose it's just my brothers and I" I say and Gia and Leslie look upset.
"I'm so sorry sweetie. If there's anything we can do for you and your brothers of if y'all just need love from a Mom, I'm always here and you're always welcome" She says and I thank her immediately. "Hey Rue, isn't your friend called Fez?" Gia asks. "Yeah. That's how Ellie and I met" Rue says smiling and Gia nods. "Thank you for the food Mrs Bennett, it was really good" I say, smiling. "Just call me Leslie and I'm glad you liked it" she says.
"Wanna go get ready for the party?" Rue asks and I nod. We have 2 hours before it starts. "Do you mind if I take a shower?" I ask Rue. "Of course you can, just use whatever you want" she says and shows me to the shower. Once I shower, I put my underwear on and walk out into Rues room, thankfully her bathroom was joined to her bedroom so nobody but her would see my half naked ass walking around. "Yo Rue, where's the dress?" I ask and she throws it at me. "There you go sexy" she says, laughing. "Thanks, loser" I say, flipping her off jokingly. "You bitch!" She says, faking being upset. I put the dress on and sit on Rues bed. "What're you going in?" I ask. "I don't know, wanna help me pick something out?" She asks and I nod.
"What about a dress?" I say, sarcastically. "Do you not remember what I told you literally 3 hours ago. I don't do dresses" She says. "What about this?" I say, pulling out a shirt crop top and some pants to go with it. "Hmm I dunno El" she says. "Try it on at least" I say and she begins to undress and try it on. "Rue, you look amazing" I say, when she tries it on. "Do you think?" She asks and I nod. "If you promise I look good, I'll wear it" she says. "Rue. I swear you look beautiful" I say, smiling. "Thank you" she says.
