"For god sake! why is he here yet again? I'm getting a weird  vibe from the two of them. I know something is about to happen. I might just keep my gun beside me just in case I need it." Charlie groaned, angrily to himself.

I smiled sheepishly to myself and quickly brushed away Bella's stray hair. Charlie quickly turned the corner looking frightening as ever. He had glanced suspiciously at the two of us before moving his gaze down towards our conjoined hands on my lap. I could see his frustrated expression change into a smile before Bella could pick up on anything.

"This is starting to tire me out. He is always showing her too much affection." Charlie muttered to himself.

"Hello there kiddos, what are you doing here?"  Charlie asked.

"The three of us need to talk." I said warily. "We need to tell you something." I continued.

Even though my heart was completely silent, perfect was the right word to use for how the two of us were feeling. This was an exciting announcement. Actually, It was the perfect way for us to tell Charlie. No words could explain how exciting this news was making me feel. Bella had agreed to become my wife. Finally, today was the day that I would finally reveal to everyone about our engagement.

If my beautiful "Fiancee" hadn't been frightened by the thought, I would gladly tell the whole school about it or just anyone in general. If I was allowed I would gladly have it plastered on a poster around this very small town so that everyone could see how devoted I was to Bella.

"I knew something was wrong. I was definitely right! I knew that I would now have to use my gun. I have one scenario being shown in my thoughts and the atmosphere feels strange today. Very weird! I'm going to have my daughter tell me herself first before I accidentally say something I may regret.. or is the situation I'm thinking of the right idea?" Charlie Groaned.

"You said you have something to tell me?" Charlie asked, glancing over at Bella.

"Why don't you sit down first Dad?" Bella spoke, anxiously biting her lip.

Charlie marched over to his favourite chair and quickly sat down beside us.

"Okay, I've sat down but you better tell me straight away! and I'm not in the mood for any of you're jokes or pranks. Not whilst that boy is under my roof!" Charlie muttered angrily.

"Don't stress yourself out, Dad." Bella reassured him.

"It's all okay" Bella whispered.

I groaned and tried to avoid Bella's gaze. That was the only word she used, and it wasn't the right word to describe this particular moment. As I had said before, the best word I could use to describe what was about to be revealed was absolutely perfect. I had known that Bella's century was much more different than my own. But I had been raised properly in that particular vintage era on the subject of marriage.

I've been wandering the world by myself for over centuries and now I had finally found my real reason for existing and was eager to spend the rest of my life by her side. Views on marriage had completely changed in this day and age.

If my beautiful and loving "Fiancee," Charlie, her mother, or Phil could understand how important this was to both of us, and how important it was for us to have  them here on our big day, that Bella was the only woman I would love for all eternity.

"Okay, I'm sure you're right, sure it is. If everything's fine Then why are you still shaking in your seat?" Charlie asked.

"Dad, I don't feel shaky at all." Bella shot back.

I quickly glanced down at her out of the corner of my eye and knew that she was lying, she was shaking uncontrollably, her breathing was heavily and very fast than it usually was. The more her father stared us both down the more her small form began to shake. I wanted to hold her protectively in my awaiting arms and reassure her that nothing was about to happen.

My beautiful Bella was just stressing herself out for no good reason. She was imagining a scenario of something terrible happening. I had tried giving her some space but still held her hand in my lap.
