Older Twin cousin

A/N You know how everyone in the Encanto fandom believes that Mirabel and Camilo are twins or has them act/believe that they are twins? Well I aggressively believe that Isabela and Dolores act/believe that there's twins. There the OG twins in the family 😤 (not counting the triplets)

apparently it's canon that Isabela and Dolores are both born in August (Isabela on the 7 and Dolores on the 31)

Little Isabela was walking with her mom toward the market, she was holding her mom's hand while singing:

"La, la, la
Do, do, do
I'm name is Isabela and I have to sisters
La, la, lee,
One is name is Luisa and the other is Lola
La, la, lee
Luisa is three and Lola is five like me!
La, la, leee!"

Julieta smile and squeeze Isabela's hand after she finished her song. "What a lovely song Bela."

"Thank you mommy!"

Julieta gave a little hum and ask, "Bela, why did you say you have two sisters?"

Isabela shrug and swing her and her mom's hands, like a swing, she hum. "Yesterday I wanted Lola to play hopscotch but she was sleeping in the sun! When i went to get you you said Bela leave Dolores along, your sister is sleeping."

Julieta raised her hand to her mouth, laughing, "honeycomb, I talking about Luisa, she was sleeping too."

Isabela stop walking and frown, then she plop herself onto the ground, making her little dress dirty. Julieta, still hold Isabela's hand, halted. "Honeycomb? What's wrong?"

Julieta knees in front her baby girl, who was pouting. "Lola and I are sisters! We're, um, that thing like you and Tio Bru, and Tia Pep....but like two?"

"Twins? Triplets are 3 people and twins are 2 people."

"Yeah! That! We're twins!"

Julieta felt herself give a wide smile, which caused Isabela to laugh "you have a silly smile Mama!"

Julieta pick Isabela off the ground and put her in her hip, "well, I have a silly girl to make me smile. Why don't you tell me why you and Dolores are twins?"

Isabela beam, she wrap her hands around her mom's neck and started talking. "Lola and me are the same age, we both have black hair and brown eyes, we have powers and we're best friends! We look alike to!" Isabela and Dolores do not, in fact, look identical.

"Oh, I guess that means I have three little girls then. Or maybe Tia Pepa has two little girls?" Julieta teased. Isabel frown at that. She being her Tia's girl? No way! Her mom is, well, her mom! No one else can have her....we'll she can share met mom with her sisters but not one else!

"No! Your my mom! You have three girls and Tia has none. She can have a puppy....Can we have a puppy? Tia won't be sad when Lola stays with me in my room! She can wear blue! Or maybe purple? I don't like purple...."

In the market Isabela talk about flowers and colors, Julieta just hummed or comment on her daughter's rant as she went to get food they needed. Julieta felt cocky, once the two get home she's definitely going to rub it in her sister's face that the girls want her to be their mother. Maybe they should get a puppy...

Dolores and Isabela are 9 years old and there getting married.

Ok there actually playing wedding but still. The whole game started because Isabela was teasing Dolores about her bi-weekly crushes. Isabela didn't understand why people thought other people were cute and want to do gross stuff like kiss, but she enjoyed teasing her sister.
