Jack sat in his purple seat, legs crossed with a cup of chamomile tea in his hands. Jack's eyes were focused on the clock on the wall watching the long clock arm slowly move, patiently waiting till it was quarter to 1 so he can head out and meet up with Azazel.
He took a sip of his tea, the subtle apple-like flavor with a hint of earthiness hitting his tastebuds. Jack takes another sip, emptying the contents of the cup. He got up from his seat heading to the kitchen passing by Hans who was kneading some type of dough on the kitchen table, Jack placed his empty cup in the kitchen sink taking a peek at what Hans was kneading.
"Brioche?" He asked Hans earning a quick, short response from him "Bagels,"
Jack raised a brow "Bagels? What are you, a New Yorker?"
Hans rolled his eyes "Hey, I’ve got standards. Besides, brioche is too fancy for a date picnic. We’re keeping it casual" Jack raised his brows, staring at the dough and then at Hans.
"Right, because nothing says romance like cream cheese and lox," Jack teased
"Exactly," Hans said with a grin "Trust me, women love bagels" Jack sneered at this, placing a hand on his hip and watching Hans lovingly knead the dough.
"When did you start believing in that? Was it when Mademoiselle Snow white loved your donuts?" Jack asked his roommate whose head quickly turned to him "Donuts and bagels are not the same thing"
"My bad, Mon Ami. Continue with your donut making, she'll love it" he tells Hans leaving the kitchen with a cheeky grin on his face. Hans shot a glare at this, irritated at his incorrect terminology "It's a bagel you dummkopf!" Jack laughed heading to the doors finding Hans' outburst amusing.
"Donut~!" He teased letting out a laugh "Say that one more time, I'm not baking any croissants for you" Jack let out an exaggerated gasp at his comeback, overdramatically begging for Hans to take his statement back "Oh no! Please Hans don't! I can't live without croissants~!" Jack's French accent getting more and more exaggerated with each word he said, Hans stared at him exasperated by his behavior.
Jack chuckled dropping the act "Try me, I'll stop paying the rent to this house" he blew a kiss at Hans, a cocky smile present on his face as he left his home and Risky Rock.

Jack arrived at the avenue, walking by couples, merchants, and families that were heading to the place. Jack peered at the crowds looking for any signs of Azazel within the crowds of people but he came empty-handed so he stood by the avenue's entrance waiting for Azazel to arrive.
Jack stood there, eyes gazing around the place, arms crossed, and his feet tapping the ground. He took his hand mirror out of his pockets and then stared at his reflection, checking himself for any flyaways in his neatly gelled hair. He spotted a few flyaways and leaves so he flattened it with his hand ensuring it wouldn't stick up and then plucked the small leaves.
He threw the leaves to the floor and continued looking at himself through his hand mirror, gazing at his light green chubby face. His face scrunched up in disgust focusing on parts of his dwarfed face that he disliked like his cheeks, his pointy ears, his hands... Ugh, everything about his appearance in this form looked hideous to him.
"I need to lift this curse quick..." He mutters tucking his hand mirror back into his pocket, crossing his arm, and then leaning back against the gate waiting for Azazel to arrive. Once he spotted that familiar long brown hair, he immediately pulled out his hand mirror again checking himself out and then fixing his composure. He held his hands together, a nervous grin present on his face watching Azazel spot him amidst the crowds.
