Qin let out a yawn as he sat next to Tenzin, who was drinking some splendid tea. Qin was enjoying the breakfast offered to him by the monks of Air temple Island which mostly consisted of vegetables.

He and Korra had been here for about a week, and it was already getting a bit... Annoying.

And speaking of the Avatar she soon came in sitting across from Qin and Tenzin.

"And in the final round, the Buzzard Wasps managed a knockout victory." Korra spoke as the read the news paper. Qin wasn't really listening as he poured himself a cup of tea, taking advantage of this time away from the guards of the White Lotus.

Though they were still outside on guard, however most doubted something would happen.

"What you think Qin? Wanna go catch a Pro Bending Match Tonight?" Korra asked causing the duel bending master to raise a brow at her.

"Not interested," He sighed as he took a sip of his tea.

She looked at him somewhat hurt as she cocked her eyebrow at him. "Well, sorry teach. I thought you'd be the fun teacher, or is it just you woke up on the wrong side of the bed?" Korra asked as she noticed the slight bags under his eyes.

"Bad dream," He stated.

"Okay, so Tenzin how you feel about catching some matches?" She asked turning to her other sitting buddy.

"That sport is a mockery of the noble tradition of bending." Tenzin declared before taking a sip of tea.

"Oh, come on, Tenzin. I've waited my whole life to see a Pro Bending match and now I'm just a ferry ride away from the arena," Korra motioned over her shoulder towards the open window.

"You aren't here to watch that drivel," Tenzin rebuked, "You are here to complete your Avatar training, so for the time being I want you and Master Qin to remain on the island."

Qin took a confused glance towards the Air bending master, "Why I am being brought into this?"

"Lin has made it perfectly clear that she doesn't want you on her streets. And seeing as Korra seems to follow your example most, I would prefer it if you stayed in one place and not wander for her to follow." Tenzin explained.

"Oh, please, I think it would be best if Lin worried about keeping her temper in check, and making sure the 'She Beast' doesn't get out, I'm old enough to do as I want." Qin said making Korra nearly burst into laugh but covered it with her hands while Tenzin's sighed seeing the, conflict between Lin and Qin.

Then again he wasn't all to surprised about it.

"Master Qin, if you would, please remain on the island so that Korra can focus on her training." Tenzin said, as he wanted to avoid a confrontation with Lin.

Qin sighed, "I'll consider, but I make no promises." He stated before standing to his feet before leaving.

...

About an hour later Qin meet up with Tenzin and Korra at the gates.

"Master Qin, I'm glad to see you join us." Tenzin said.

"Of course, I would join." Qin said walking up to them.

Tenzin turned to his first born, who was strangely staring at Qin, "Jinora." He gained his daughter's attention, "Would you like to like to explain this exercise?"

"Yes, the goal is to weave your way through the gates and make it through to the other side without touching them." Jinora explained seriously.

"Seems easy enough." Korra stated with confidence.
