How am I going to do this?

Hey guys. I don't know what to do with this I was thinking maybe a sleep over with the group or something I'm running out of idea's.

Miriam's POV:

We had walked back to her house and we decided that we would work on the science project at school. We decided on what we would do for our project and started working on it. Mei Mei looked like she was bothered by something but I couldn't tell what it was. So I decided to ask her.

"Hey Mei, are you okay it looks like something is bothering you." I said giving her a slight smile.

"Yeah I am we should work on this project." she said in a monotone voice

"Girl we were literally assigned it today its not due for like 2 weeks." I said.

She paused for a second like she was thinking but then continued working. I started to get concerned but then I had an idea.

"Hey do still have the 4town CD I gave you?" I asked

"Yeah let me get it for you." She said. She started looking all over her room but she couldn't find it. After like 10 minutes she gave up on looking for it. "I don't know where it went I'll check again later sorry." she said.

"That's okay we don't need it." I said with a smile. She looked at me puzzled, so I started singing.

"I never met nobody like you" I said (also every time there's a space between each quotation it switches the person talking since there are only 2 people and I'm lazy)

"I've had friends and buddies its true." Meilin said.

"But they don't turn my tummy the way you do." we started dancing together as we sang. (If you really think about it they will be looking really goofy rn but just think their dancing together in a cute way like grom dance but less killing)

"I've never met nobody like you." she said. We got closer and I was turning redder by the second.

"You're never not on my mind, Oh my Oh my." I said as i looked at her and she started also going red. Maybe Priya was right.

"I'm never not by your side, your side your side." She said with a shade of pink on her face.

"I'll never gon' let you cry, oh cry, don't cry."

"I'll never not be your ride or, die."

We laid on the floor laughing smiling happy together. I saw her notebook and the cd under her dresser. "Hey Mei Mei here's you note book." She grabbed the note book out of my hands fast then you could say 'I'm in love with you.' "Wow you have some quick grabbers." I said laughing. I also found the CD. I put it in the CD player and laid back on the floor. She joined me on the floor and sat in a comfortable silence with 4town playing in the background. I don't know why but my face started to get red the longer we sat there, together, alone. She was so pretty. At this point we were laying on the ground, looking into each other eyes.

I felt myself moving to close the gap between us. What am I doing. I can't do this I need to stop. She doesn't like me I can't kiss her that would be wrong. But she could like me, right? But there's a higher chance of her not liking me and this ruining our friendship. I stopped moving and wondering if she noticed I moved in the first place.

Meilin's POV:

She was so pretty and I couldn't stop staring at her. I don't think she cared because she was also looking at me too. I felt the blush on my face go warmer. I noticed she was moving closer to me. Or closing the gap between us. Wait. Is she going to kiss me? I turned really red at this point. She doesn't even like me which means she's not going to kiss me. She probably likes Priya. She defiantly like Priya because how could she like someone like me?

I started getting closer to her but she stopped. I stopped too. I didn't know what I was doing. I should leave. Wait this is my house What am I supposed to do? I can't leave. There's nothing I can do. I got up from the floor and so did she. We were both red and avoiding eye contact. I probably weirded her out. and that's why she's red and looking away.

"Mei Mei time for dinner." I heard my mom yell from the kitchen. This is the best timing.

"I should probably go now." Miriam said slightly shuffling away. I helped grab her stuff for her and turning off the music. I gave her the stuff and opened my door.

"Hey Meilin I'll go through the window since your mom probably doesn't know I'm here." she said. I helped her unlock the window and open it.

"Hey Meilin thanks"

"Thanks for wh-" I felt Miriam get closer to me and kiss my cheek. I turned extremely red. Why did she do that? Does she like me? I looked up to see her climbing out of my window. She looked back at me and said, "Well, see you tomorrow Mei Mei."

It could have been a platonic kiss of the cheek right? It has to be there's no other possible answer besides her liking me which is unlikely.

"MEI MEI ITS DINNER TIME." My mom said breaking me out of my thoughts.

Miriam's POV:

I hoped out of the window as fast as I could. Why did I do that. I ruined our friendship. I started running back to my house. But when I looked back at me she was also red. But that could also mean many things. I started to cry because I ruined our friendship. I texted Priya.

PRIYA HELP

Emo gorl: what did you do? who did you kill?

What? But I think I killed my friendship with Meilin.

Emo gorl: what did you do?

I kissed Meilin on the cheek.

Emo gorl: UGGGGGGGGGGGGH FINNALLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYY

CAN YOU HELP ME?

Emo gorl: what would I help you with?

I don't know help her forget about it or make it so she doesn't hate me?

Emo gorl: What did she look like after you kissed her?

She looked red with like no face expression

Emo gorl: She probably like you dude just go for it.

How do you know?

Emo gorl: trust me I've read a lot of fan fiction and I literally have a girlfriend

Emo gorl: Now you get it.

I guess Meilin does like me. I turned red at the thought. Now the only question is. How am I going to confess?

Hey guys. Next chapter might be the last one because I am running out of idea's. If I get more idea's ill add to the story but I'm not sure. I might start a lumity, marcanne, sasharcy, sashanne story or something. I don't really like this chapter but tell me what you think. Also if the crush that Miriam and or Meilin have on each other seems weirds its probably all the romantic stuff is based off of things I've seen or read bc I've never felt them. Anyways leave suggestions, comments, whatever. Thanks for reading this far.
