******IMPORTANT I have chosen a theme song for Ruth, it is none other than.... Down by the Salley Gardens I will put multiple versions on the multimedia section. Alright here's the ruddy chapter

A light blinded my vision, making my eyes water.

A horrible falling sensation filled my insides, making my stomach leap into my throat.

I'm nowhere in particiular, a vast open space opened to me. There were no walls or floors, nor were there celings. I could have been in a rather large space, or perhaps I was in a cramped space in which if I walked another step I'd slam into a hard place. Far off, a drum line tapped away at their drums; a halo appeared in front of me. Transfixed, I began to approach it, holding my arms out, making an attempt to grap ahold of the halo.

I fell down, the color changed from pure white to a bloody red, I was in hell.

"Ruth! What in the name of God happened to your hair?" Mary, Ann, and my other friends stood around me, gawking at my hair.

"Why? Whats wrong with it?" I snapped at them, putting a clammy hand on the top of my head, "a bit naughty but what does that matter to you?"

"I think you'd better take a look... you won't like this one bit," Ann handed to me a mirror, I gasped at my reflection. My hair was a shade darker than its usual color, now a honey blonde instead of the gorgeous platinum it used to be.

"No... what did you do!? I'll kill you!" I grabbed my wand and pointed it at the lot while leaping off of he bed.

"Wasn't any of us! Lower your wand! What in the world has gotten into you?" there was evident fear on all of their faces.

"Whatever," I muttered, I stomped off to the bathroom to get ready for the day, grumbling. Even after I brushed the long locks of my hair, it was still gold, not platinum. Frustrated, I threw my brush into the mirror, shattering it to pieces. "SON OF A BANSHEE!" I snatched up my brush, muttered "repairo" and stormed off to the great hall.

"Don't talk to her she's in a bad mood..... she's out to kill anybody who is rude to her..... shhh! She's coming!" tears of frustration stung my eyes, my face turned hot, and my teeth clenched until they ached.

"Professor Dumbledore, may I speak to you? In private?" he nodded and rose from the high table. He led me to his classroom and waited for me to begin talking.

"What is wrong, you seem rather troubled," he milled around his classroom, straightening papers and putting quills in an orderly arrangement.

"Everyone thinks I'm going to kill them! All because I exploded. They all are afraid of me, cowering at the sight of me," a hateful expression turned on my face at the table where I sit with Ann.

"You're friends are beginning to fear you... out of respect or perhaps you gave them a reason to have them fear you?" his eyes sparkled with intelligence, as if he knew exactly what went down earlier, "it is my understanding that you are confused at the moment. Perhaps the memories of Harold have been flooding back to you? Or maybe it's Toms interest in you? I'd suggest to you that you ignore both and try to attend to your studies?" I nodded and frowned slightly, that's not the answer I was seeking.

"Okay, Professor?" he turned back to me, raising his eyebrows.

"It's all in your head, Ruth. Nobody knows about any incident of the sort," his tone was a bit harsh, so I nodded curtly and hurried out of the classroom. Unfortunately, Professor Dumbledore was right, nobody mentioned anything about it, in fact, nobody seemed to remember it at all. Suddenly, out of thin air, an idea popped into my mind. What if I could use my time turner to make this reality? Pure genius.
