Jarelle

Second, third, fourth and fifth.

This past month went flying by and I find myself grateful for the course it's taken in comparison to the past ones.

With each date Harry and I went on, it felt like they were never enough. It seemed like time kept playing tricks on us. We kept trying to find more and more ways to share more time together.

Being around him made me dizzy in the best way possible. It dared me to have less expectations and embrace whatever came, along with it's byproduct.

From endless late night FaceTime calls after work to texting nonstop all day, we did it all.

Whether it was letting each other know when we'd be on the station to leave or go back home, go to breakfast, lunch or even dinner, being in each other's company was beginning to feel like something more than an innocent conversation between two strangers who shared a mutual love for the same music genres.

Harry and I's relationship skyrocketed since that first date at El's. He always had a way with making me feel like we were the only two people in a room with dim lights and warm candles filling the room with a sheltered ambiance I never wanted to escape from.

Out of all the dates we'd gone on, besides our first, my favorite so far has been recently when we decided to stay in for the night.

Neither of us had any plans that day. My boss, Carson, called me from the flower shop to let me know she would be closing up for the day and didn't need me to come in.

I've been working at City Blossoms for a better part of the past few years as a full time florist and shop coordinator on the side. Something about individually picking out a flower, having them put together and blend perfectly with the sentiment of every occasion it was ordered for made my heart soar.

Ever since I was a kid I dreamed of working in one and it was the first thing I did when I moved to the city.

Carson has been such an amazing boss. She's always understanding of my schedule and when I brought up I was getting to know someone, she didn't hesitate to tell me that if I ever needed to leave early or stay home for any reason she wouldn't let it affect my paycheck.

Getting that call felt like a relief, especially with having Harry up in my text messages trying to be smooth as hell with his plan making.

Except, I hadn't woken up yet and he was a bit disappointed to say the least.
