I feel as though I'm one bad influence and one bad judgement away from going off the metaphoric rails.
It seems that losing all sense of responsibility, self, attachment and predisposition would be the ultimate goal. But rather than doing this in a positive, enlightening way, it would be characterised by excessive amounts of whiskey, heroin and rock 'n' roll.
Already I can imagine jetsetting to Los Angeles to lose myself in the realms of the ultra-talented musos who concreted their rock god status' from the sixties through the nineties in that place of debauchery.
Living in the present can be so difficult when there's just so much history that you feel is more a part of you than your own DNA.
When you don't even know who you are or what you represent, the sense of self that you find in something from the past can be such a slippery slope.
