"Brring, brringg!" A melodious tune fills my bedroom as the alarm clock on my phone rings. I rub my eyes as my little sister barges into my room. "Sunny, wake up! Its 6:40 and you are going to be late and I am going to miss my bus because of you," Ari exclaims. As if in a military excercise, in barges my older sister, Fei and younger sister, Afi.

"SUNNY DELOYA!If you don't get up right now, I am about to spill a whole glass of water on you," threatens Fei.

"Just give me like 5 more minutes, I promise I will get up!" I plead.

"UP now! I am dead serious. Plus it's the last day of middle school so you should be like quick to get the day over with." Fei snatches the blanket off of me, but I don't mind because it's summer and I could do without the blanket anyways. But before I even have time to think, a shower of water pours onto me.

"FEI! ALL OF YOU GET OUT OF MY ROOM NOW!" I scream.

"Chill, and be quiet, Dad will hear you and seriously hit you for yelling so much in the morning," Ari add in.

"You're the last person who should be talking right now. Shut up and leave!" I shout again.

They all hustle out of my room. I jump out of bed and get going to the bathroom. I pick out jeans and a hoodie and go downstairs to eat breakfast. "Sunny, honey, come downstairs and please help me serve breakfast," my Mom asks. Pfft, as if she didn't have 3 other daughters to ask but me, I think to myself. I help my mom serve breakfast and after breakfast my Dad ushers us to the car and we all get in. He drops each one of us off at our designated schools and we all wave goodbye to each other. Ari, my little sister,goes to the same school as me, though.

I walk into school and go to the auditorium to relax for the first fifteen minutes of this final day of school before summer arrives. The bell to homeroom rings. Great, barely even got to sit in this chair. I walk into homeroom and see my best friend since I entered this middle school, Samantha May. Pretty soon, we would be going to high school together. "Samantha, hey how was your weekend?"

"Meh, it was okay, didn't do much! How about you?" Samantha said.

"Nothing either, my sisters were just annoying me all weekend long. But that doesn't count as new, because it happens every time, right?" I chuckle.

"Yeah, for sure, by the way I said 'HI' to Ari but she just ran away from me!!!" she replies.

"I mean, can you blame her? As introverted as she is?" I ask.

"Brring, brrring!" The PA system announcements and disrupts our conversation.

"True, true. Anyways, let's get going, the bell rang anyways. Let's go!" she exclaims.

I leave her for the day because we don't have a lot of the same classes together. Partly my fault because I didn't switch our classes when I had the chance in the beginning of the year. I walk down the hall to see my other friend, Asma, waiting for me. She told me a while ago she had some big news to give to me when I told her I didn't know how a baby was born. I don't know what it is, as innocent as I am.

"OH MY GOD! You're kidding!" I exclaim.

"I am dead serious that's how a child is made," Asma smirks.

"What the actual hell?! I cannot believe I just heard that," I sigh in disbelief. But, I know it's true. All of the signs at home lead up to it. No wonder my parents always were acting suspicious and under the radar.I don't think I will ever be as innocent as a I am now, I feel dirty somehow as if I had just sinned or something. Now I really regret asking for her to explain what she meant. Heck, I didn't even know since I was born what the word sex meant. I thought it meant gender only. I was so embarrassed with myself and for believing the tales my older sister used to make me believe that babies were found at the bottom of an ocean and were reeled up and taken to the hospital. Yeah, yeah I know....How could I have been so stupid to believe that? But, I had believed it.
