a tidings of magpies
and a murder of crows
rest upon rows of trees
some unseen amongst the leaves
they tweet and chatter
a sweet melody
as they sing in unison
of a vocal performance so lovely
a heaven of angelic harmonies
comforting to the heart
pleasant to the ears
singing nearby
is a bird's orchestra
