-Y/N-

I walked to the nearest muggle town near Hogwarts. It wasn't quite a long walk as I was expecting it to be. Hogwarts wasn't that deep situated inside the fields. I wondered what kind of magic prevented muggles from walking half a mile down this trail and discovering a giant magical castle.

There was a little train station in the small town. I rummaged in my pocket to find the ticket that my parents had sent with the letter. I held it in my hand as I walked into the station. Unsure of where to go next, I walked up to a booth.

"Excuse me. I have a train ticket that goes down to Brixton. Which train must I board?" I asked the person inside the booth.

"You are train number 7, right down there miss." He pointed towards a direction. "They're going to check your ticket on the train itself." I thanked him and walked over to the platform. There was a train standing there but the time on my ticket was 7:00 pm, and it was only 6:30. This couldn't have been my train.

So, I looked for a bench to sit down and wait. I saw one that was empty except for one corner that was taken by a child reading a comic book. I went over and sat down. The child was around 10 years of age, but I wasn't sure. He looked at me as I sat down, and I gave him a small smile.

"My mum's coming soon." The boy said.

"If this is her seat, I'll be sure to give it to her when she comes." I replied politely.

"No, I just meant that she told me not to talk to strangers. And you're a stranger, so you better beware that she's coming soon if you're gonna try anything." The kid huffed.

"I promise I'm nice. I'm like..." I looked down at the comic book in his hands. "Like batman." I answered. The boy looked down at the cover of his book and he gave me a skeptical look.

"How are you like batman?" He asked.

"Well." I gulped. I'm rich? But that wasn't a convenient answer. "Batman fights for justice. He fights the bad guys, right? Even though the police officers don't want him to take the law into his hands, he must do what he believes is right." I explained.

Isn't that what I was doing? Doing what was right? Even though my parents expected something else from me. But I wasn't fighting anyone. I was running away like a coward. Maybe the kid was right... I was nothing like Batman.

"Well, Spiderman's my favorite superhero." The boy looked back down at his comic.

"Spiderman's a good superhero too." I nodded, looking away now that the child was back to quietly reading. The train in front of me let out a warning whistle, alerting everyone that it was about to depart. I leaned back on to the bench and crossed my arms, waiting patiently.

A few moments passed and the train slowly started to move. A woman came hurrying up to us. I guessed it was the boy's mother, so I stood up.

"So sorry for taking your seat." I said.

"Oh please, don't worry about that. We've been here for an hour now, waiting for Train 8. But now that 7's gone, it'll come soon." She panted, standing beside her son.

"I see." I nodded. My eyes went to the train that was slowly getting faster. And then suddenly it struck me. "That's train 7?" I asked, my eyes widening.
