Guns moved, ammo taken, and Cobras journal being taken.
The duo get into their car as they start driving, lena taking out a map as her hair went everywhere, putting the window up.
"So, it should be.. 2 more miles or about 5? I'm not good with this kinda stuff.."
"No no, it's fine. You got it right."
Anthony smiled to Lena as he started speeding up.

When they made it, he drifted and parked, walking out as they sit down on a bench.
"Okay so this person could be... Anywhere really, and we have no lead.. Except, he's taking the form of married men, and if not married, hitting it off with a woman.. He's after heterosexual men, and they're attacking the females."
"So, what you're saying is.. You're safe, because you're gay."
"Precisely."

Anthony laughed a bit as he then chuckled nervously, scratching the back of his head then his eyes dart to a woman and a man kissing, he smiled as he tapped lena.
"What?"
"Check it. 5 o-clock."
Lena turns and scoffs a bit, standing up as they went back into the car.
When the man started driving off, they parked their car right next to the woman as Lena pulls something out.

"Pretend you're working, and you wanna show me how to do it-"
"Oh uhh.. Sure.."
Ant stuffs the badge in his pocket as he walked out, locking his car when lena had walked out.
They jogged over to the door of the woman's house, knocking.
The woman opens the door as she looks to the two young kids.
"Umm.. Mrs. Lee? I'm detective Diaz, this is my little cousin, she wanted to see how I work. I decided to go to you, your husband talked about wanting kids? I was hoping you'd say yes to her cute face."
Anthony smiles, looking to lena as Lena gave Mrs. Lee some puppy eyes.

"oh.. What would you like to do-?"
"Fingerprints, cold spots, Yknow.."
"Come in come in."
They both walk in as Lee makes coffee, handing one to ant and she places the other down by her seat, then she offers lena some juice or soda.
"Thank you, ma'am.."
Lena says, keeping her curious puppy dog look to her as Lee's heart flushed.
"So.. Lena, why don't you ask Mrs. Lee some of the questions?"
Lena smiles as she sips from her cup, then places it down, swaying her feet.
"So, Mrs. Lee.."
"Oh please, call me Jenna."
"oh, okay- Jenna.. Have you felt any cold spots? Maybe the electric company hasn't put in good bulbs or anything and lights flicker? Or maybe some odd smells like sulfer??"
"Hmm.. No, I haven't really experienced any of that, young lady."
Jenna smiled to Lena as Lena giggles and sips from her cup.

"she's cute. Where's her parents?"
"They went out on vacation, leaving me with her."
"If you don't mind me asking.. Why are you a detective? Aren't you a little young..?"
"Oh.. About that.. They don't usually take in kids, but since I've been practicing since day one, they decided to let me take the job, not as full time like the other agents, but someone adults can talk to.. You can't exactly lie to a kids face unless you're a monster."
Anthony says, his face a little stern.

The door swings open as both lena and ant get up a little alarmed.
"Honey, I'm home early. They didn't want me work-"
The man stopped in his tracks as he looked to the kids.
"What the hell are they doing here?"
"Oh, this is detective Diaz, with his little cousin.. I hope you don't mind."
"I kind of do mind."
Anthony kept a stern face as he clears his throat.
"Sir, I think that's quite enough, your wife was kind enough to let me show my cousin a thing or two. You should appreciate her a bit more.."
Anthony steps closer to the man as he kept his eye contact, then the man clears his throat, looking away.

"Honey can I talk to you..? Alone."
Jenna and her husband walk into a room as Lena and ant wait, leaned up against a wall.
They heard screaming as they busted in the room, seeing the woman tied up as she had a gash on her arm, bleeding profusely.
Lena took out her pistol as she shot it, silver bullet to the heart like their father had taught them.
The thing fell as Anthony took the ropes from Jenna's arms, everything.
He helped her get back up as they sit her down.

They gave her the talk about it, while Lena helped stitch her up, Anthony getting rid of all the evidence.
"So.. You guys kill monsters..?"
"YUP.. I'm glad we surprised him."
Lena replies, smiling to Jenna while bandaging her up.
She looked to Anthony, who seemed to be a bit nervous.
"Are you okay..?"
Jenna asked, looking to him as he perked his head up slightly.
"yeah.. Yeah I'm fine."
He scoffed, smiling a bit as Lena tilted her head.

Once they were done cleaning up her place to hide any evidence, they walked out as she thanked them, then they go to their car, driving off.
"Hey.. What was that about?"
Lena asked as ant looked to her, smiling a bit as he looked down, frowning.
"Uhh.. I just.. I just think that hunt was a little too easy.."
"yeah, me too.. But sometimes that's how it goes and there's easy hunts."
"I know I know.. It just seems.. Yknow. Too easy, finding the monster, finding the woman, saving her, killing the beast..? I feel like it was planned out for us, like a trap almost."
"Oh crap, what if it is a trap?"
"Doubt it, but it feels like it."

The duo head into a motel as they check in, grabbing their things as they walk in, throwing the bags on the floor.
They get everything set up, the laptop, the journal.
But, they weren't going to research, they were going to sleep.
They were just getting prepared for later down the road, when they needed a case.
Anthony drops on the bed as Lena does as well, as they both sigh out.

"Goodnight, Lean bean."
"Goodnight, ant."
