You've been working here for 2 weeks now. So far, you've met the main cast and the DJ, they were all nice somewhat. You guessed it was because you were new, but no one seemed to like you. Your two coworkers treated you like shit, well it was mostly Terry. He loved to prank you whenever you were working, but the pranks were more harsh than fun. For example, one time during your shift with the Glamrocks, you were finishing up cleaning Freddy's room when Terry walked in and decided it was a fun idea to kick the cleaning water over. He pretended it was an accident, but these "accidents" would happen if Terry was near you. Though, you were clumsy, so maybe it really was your fault?

Stacy was nice to an extent. She wouldn't play pranks on you like Terry, but she just ignored your existence entirely. Sometimes she'd stop Terry from going too far, sometimes not. You guessed she didn't like you because you replaced her friend who was the last janitor. Apparently they quit due to an incident in the Daycare. What incident, you didn't know. You've been avoiding the shift for the Daycare for the last 2 weeks, but you knew that you had to this week. Every week the janitors switch shifts, that way the work is spread more evenly. However, the Daycare had more hours than the other shifts and your two coworkers never talked about it. Well, that was until today.

Terry barged into the locker room and made a beeline towards you.

"Hey y/n, I heard that you got assigned Daycare duty." Why did he want to know?

"Um, yeah, I did. Why do you ask?"

He smiled, "Oh no reason, just wishing you to have some fun there." He then turned his heels and walked to his locker.

That was weird. You were already slightly nervous, but that just set you off more. What did he mean by 'have fun'?

It was Stacy's turn to look at you with a small smirk. Now that was definitely weird, she never acknowledged your existence before, so why now?

Her locker was directly behind you, so it wasn't hard to hear her say, "Yeah, have fun."

You were starting to get really creeped out now. Why was the Daycare of all places scary? Whatever, you just have to put on your big pants and do your job. It'll probably be fine, right? You grab your cleaning cart and set off in the direction of the Daycare. I mean, how bad can a Daycare be?

Reaching the Daycare wasn't hard, but getting down the stairs into the Daycare itself was a challenge. You were now standing in the lobby of the Daycare with a dilemma you didn't know how to fix. You looked over to the two golden statues. They must be the animatronic that resides here. You have seen the attendant before, well only in a maintenance pamphlet. I mean it is your job to care and clean for these bots, why wouldn't you know all of them? Still, you had never met them in person, so the most you knew about them was how they work.

You turned back towards your little dilemma. Maybe the attendant could help you? Then again, there was that incident. But surely, the attendant wasn't to blame for that, right? From what you read about them, they were supposed to take care of children, so why would they cause an incident? You knew you couldn't carry the cart down the stairs as it was a very big cart. Maybe you should find the attendant, they could carry this no problem! Finally deciding to get some help, you tried to use your keycard to open the small gate. It didn't work. Confused, you tried again, and again, and again. Okay, this wasn't working. You looked around the lobby for another entrance. Suddenly, you spotted the slide that goes directly into the Daycare.

Eh, good enough.

You slid down the colorful slide of fun into a surprisingly deep ball pit. Wonder how many kids got lost in here. You made your way through the pit of balls and onto the bridge. Looking around, you noticed how big this place was. Someone could definitely get lost in those play structures. Walking over to the security desk at the front, you noticed a cleaning cart next to it. That's weird, why was it there? Did Terry or Stacy leave their cart behind? No, they would definitely complain about it. Anytime something went wrong for them, they were always welcome to just complain loudly about it and make it someone else's problem. Checking around the cart, you noticed it was dirty and very used. It seemed like it had been used continuously. Usually after every cleaning shift, the janitor is supposed to take the cleaning supplies back up to the locker room to refill said supplies. But, it seems this cart hasn't gotten any new supplies since it came down here. All the wash bottles were low, the rags were all dirty, and the cart itself had no more trash bags in it.
