I woke up, and checked my phone like I usually did in the mornings.

Twitter was the same, Instagram not much more interesting.

Before I went to shut my phone off, I couldn't help but notice a notification coming from my messages. No one really texts me, so I wonder who it is. Maybe my parents?

I opened the app, seeing a text from Skeppy. Huh.

I always told Skeppy to never text me unless it was important. I knew if I hadn't set that rule with having my number, my phone would be blowing up constantly.

I checked the message.

I sighed, exiting the airport.

Since I'm Bad's best friend, it would be rude of me to not fly to see him for his birthday, right? So that's what I'm doing.

I rented a car - which I definitely found super quickly and didn't get lost - so I could drive to Bad's house without the awkward conversation with the Uber driver and I could play my own music.
