Chapter 15 Might be a short chapter [Serenity pov]
It's time for the gender reveal today. gosh I'm so excited. I get to see everyone today and I won't have to worry about news people on my ass. We are going with a bee theme but with cream colors and IM SO EXCITED, I've never been this happy before in my life.
I've been thinking... and I truly am happy by my self.. and I like the way I've been feeling I've been happy and once I graduate... I'm out of here. Me and my baby are out of here.. and I'm moving out of California. California is a toxic state... nothing but negativity
I wanna leave this all behind me,, i want to.... be free... I can't stand being in this place of discomfort.. it's not good... for nobody, so it's best to save up, it's best to get my ducks in a row, best to get everything lined up so I can leave... quick as possible.
Craziest thing that happened today right, like not even 3 hours ago, I'm upstairs picking out my outfit for the gender reveal party and I heard this weird.... familiar whistle that I use to hear back when billie was around. I just didn't know where it was coming from.
Like it sounded like it was weird, but I shrugged it off nonetheless. Also! my mom is cooking for the gender reveal today I'm gonna eat good plus six extra plates just because I feel like it. She's making chicken salad, meat balls, fruit bowls, etc etc and I'm SOO EXCITED LIKE OMG I'm about to eat good.
-fast foward to 12:30-
People began show up and knock on the doors and of course my mom showed them where to go outside and I was still upstairs still getting ready curling my hair. I get a knock at my door and assumed it's londyn to check on me but nope it's nio.
I give nio a big hug and of course they give me one back but the tension is so fucking high. "I'm so glad you made it nio" I say with a smile on my face. "Wow you look pretty serenity" I gave Them a playful nudge before saying "stoppp it"
We stood there for a minute and I could tell that there was something wrong... something was off.. but I let it go. I told nio that I needed to get finished and they nodded their head and walked out the door.
-fast foward-
I walked out the backdoor and everyone cheered and clapped for me as I did my little twirl to show off my outfit

The back yard was so unbelievably gorgeous like everything was brown and baige and everything and it was so cute. I saw memi and xen and gave them hug. I saw Courtney of course she helped set up this thing.
I saw some family memebers, my grandma and some of my aunts and cousins. I also saw some unfamiliar faces but that's probably some of my mom's friends.
