As you took a better look around, you and Gaster weren't in a lab, but instead the room that was covered by a tent, that you'd seen before, or it looked like the original.

Gaster: Where are we?

You turned around and came face to face with Rave.

You: Oh, hi.

Rave: You're both at the school's safe perimeter. You're one of the monsters that went to the city with Jessica, Gaster, right? Where is she?

Gaster: You're her brother-in-law, aren't you? I have good news for you.

You: You're the new leader of this place, congrats.

Gaster: And for the sake of this city, I recommend you keep it together. we've all lost something today.

You for some reason decided to check your pocket, and lucky for you, the knife was still there. It was surprisingly not dull either, not even a little bit.

Gaster: You may mourn after this is over.

The sound of a weird device got both the attention of you and Gaster as it showed the arena with red letters under it reading, "Perimeter Breached Backup Requested".

Gaster: I see they need reinforcements at the arena. If I may suggest, you should focus all your efforts on stopping that monster from reaching this place. Leave the arena to us.

You: ("Us"... that means... I can come along for this, awesome!)

Rave: You won't be of much help with broken legs... How can you even stand up? Here...

Rave then pulled out two devices.

Rave: Let me help you with that.

The two of them turned on with a green rectangle in the middle of them.

Rave: Stay still, please.

A green light surrounded Gaster's legs as it started healing them.

Rave: I could send reinforcements to the arena with you.

Gaster: It's fine... There's no need to.

Rave: That should do it.

Gaster: They're healed... That'll make things easier for me.

Rave: You're welcome.

Gaster: We'll go now. Come on, Y/N.

Rave: Wait a second! What am I supposed to do about the giant monster in the city?

Gaster: You look smart. Figure it out.

You and Gaster then left the building... Or room? You still weren't entirely sure what it was. Nonetheless, you and Gaster made your ways to the arena.

Gaster: Y/N, I have a question to ask of you.

You: Go for it.

Gaster: Your powers, your unnatural healing ability, the fact you never seem to be scared to fight someone head on, you're not a full human, are you?

You: As far as I know, I am. I think? I know my soul is human and not a monster one at least. About my mark though, I'm not entirely sure how to use it. And as far as the fear goes, just means I'm not hesitant to save others. (My soul sure as hell isn't bravery though.)

Gaster: I see...

A blob about a third a size as the huge one, stopped you and Gaster as the both of you dodged it.

Gaster: Y/N, I'll handle this, you get to the arena, hurry!

You: Got it!

You started running to the arena. Your mark appeared on your legs as it gave you a huge burst of speed. As you sped over to the arena, you crashed through the wall. You got up and looked at Betty on the ground, with Asgore standing above her.
