Experiment, after experiment
The government hoped to create the best super soldier the world had ever seen. Incapable of pain or any empathy to anyone or anything.
However, what were to happen if their precious creation, turned against them?
Asashin pressed a few buttons on her device as a mini hologram of Michael appeared.
Michael: Yes, what is it?
Asashin: There seems to be a barrier stopping anyone from getting into the city.
Michael: What? Send me a picture.

Michael: Hmm, that is quite troubling. Do you have anything that might help?
Asashin: We do have this one thing that can temporally stop a device. And there does happen to be people nearby, so there's two options here. We can either kill the people, thereby breaking the barrier. Or we can try to break one of the devices and slip in when people aren't noticing.
Michael: Go for option two. Wouldn't want to create a scene.
Asashin: You got it sir.
Asashin turned off the device as one of the guards posing to be her parent pulled out a pocketknife.
Asashin: Think you can make the shot?
???: I've been training for things like this before you were even born.
Asashin: Really?
???: Nope, just did some target practice for a couple 'a years.
???: Less talking, more throwing.
The guard threw the blade and hit the device directly. A few of the people circled around it to try and repair it before anything bad could happen, which gave the guards and Asashin enough time to slip through.
They looked around the city as a pink blob jumped out at them. It stuck out a weird pink tendril from its "mouth", as Asashin stabbed that tendril into the ground, only for it to attack with 3 more.
One of the guards stabbed it as Asashin looked curious about the creature.
Asashin: Was that some sort of monster?
???: Doubt it. Whatever it is, it's definitely not- Gaah!
The pink blob got out from under the knife and impaled the guard with another tendril, barely missing their soul. Asashin pulled out a couple of knives, before slashing at the thing constantly, destroying it.
???: Ugh, guess they don't have vital organs. I stabbed in what I thought was its heart.
???: No blood either, interesting. Okay you two, new mission. We have to find where these things come from, and study the source
???: It shot out a tendril from out of its body and you want us to study it?
???: Asashin is clearly able to kill whatever these things are, So let's get a vial of it next time before we murder it.
Asashin: You can count of me Mam! Now let's get to our "home", I'm curious to see what they did.
