Part 13- Dinner (NSFW)

"How's the food, your highness?" Ayato asked the blonde prince while sipping his green tea.

Aether put down his light blue ceramic cup onto the crafted table in front of him. "It was the best food I've ever had in a while, your highness. I must personally compliment your chef for this," Aether happily replied. It was the truth. It had been a while since he had foreign foods as his meals. Not that he's complaining about the meals he had in his castle but personally, Aether preferred to eat foreign foods once in a while. But because of his diet was set up by the head chef, it was hard for him to taste various kind of foods.

The tonkatsu ramen he just ate was the best among all the foods were served on the table. Ayato chuckled at his response and handed him a plate of egg rolls. "If you want to compliment the chef, he's right here with us," Ayato said while eyeing Thoma who was sitting on the right side of him. Thoma's eyes widened and quickly smiled while chewing the colourful dango in his hand.

"So, you were the cook? It's amazing! I didn't know a capable knight like you could cook such amazing foods. How I wish you can be my own personal cook," Aether complimented him.

"Oh my, you flattered me, your highness," Thoma rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Cooking is just my own personal hobby. And the prince insisted me to cook dinner for this special occasion. I'm glad it is your likings, your highness," Thoma's smiled grew bigger as he talked.

"It is indeed such a good dinner, Sir Thoma. Probably you could teach me some of the recipes?" Dainsleif spoke up as he finished chewing the rice cake soup.

"Of course, Sir Dainsleif. I'd be happy to do that," Thoma chuckled and picked up his cup.

"Sir Thoma is such a great knight, cook and also a teacher. Believe me, he's really good at teaching," said a gentle voice across the table. Aether turned his attention from Thoma to the beautiful young lady who was sitting on the left side of Ayato. She has a long silky hair with the exact same shade of hair colour with her brother. She was wearing an elegant soft pink kimono that suited with her fair soft skin. Her lashes brushed gracefully as she blinked her blue eyes. Her pink cheeks puffed a little bit as she smiled at him. Aether never met her before but the rumours he heard was true. Princess Kamisato Ayaka was the prettiest fair lady on this land. He never seen anyone a woman as pretty as her in his life. 

When she was introduced to him before they went to the dining room, Aether couldn't help but to stare at a her for a moment. Even Dainsleif did the same thing. The rumour once again was right. Once you set eyes on her, you could never leave your gaze from her. It was not weird anymore why the king and the prince always protected the young princess from the public eyes. It as if she enchanted everyone around her with her appearance.

"He once thought me to knit a scarf. We all know how hard it is to knit but I immediately mastered it. That's how good he is at teaching," Ayaka smiled at Thoma. A slight blush was form on the green-eyed man's cheeks.

Aether let his eyes fell on Ayaka once again. He hated to admit this but she was indeed beautiful in his eyes and she was his fiancé. His own future bride. For a moment, he felt lucky to have as his future wife. But, no matter how pretty she was, that never shake any of his pure feelings to the man who was enjoying the rice cake beside him.

Once they had done their meals, Aether spent his time with Ayaka in the garden accompanied by Dainsleif and Thoma to guard them. He had a small talk with her to know her better and for the sake of his tasks and duties. For him, it was nothing wrong to get to know the princes and princesses from other nations better. That can strengthen their nations' relationships. 

After awhile, the both prince and princess felt tired and decided to call off the day. Aether gently kissed Ayaka's hand and bit her a lovely goodnight before he off to his bedroom. Dainsleif followed him to his bedroom to make sure the prince was safe. Once they entered the room, Dainsleif to retreat himself. When he was about to reach the doorknob, Aether's small hands grabbed his right arm and quickly pulled him into a deep kiss. Dainsleif quickly gave in.
