White Love 47: Mixed Emotions Part 7
RYOSUKE YAMADA 山田涼介's POV
"Have you already check the audio system?" I heard the event coordinator asked those people who are assigned to the audio system of this event. Ah, that's right. I am now here at my uncle's birthday party together with Sho, Jinguji-kun and Shori-kun while I was just sitting here while silently staring at my phone. I wonder what Ayana is doing right now... Is she starting to prepare for tonight's party? What time is she going here with Miki and Junichi?
"Hirano-kun, how did you know how to play a trumpet?" We heard Shori-kun suddenly asked while looking at Sho curiously with his guitar on his lap. Ah, that's right. Sho's playing his trumpet while Jinguji-kun and Shori-kun are both playing their guitar and me who's simply a vocalist for tonight's performance.
"Ah, it's because my cousin thought me how to play it just for fun and eventually, I slowly learned about it so now, I could play it but not as professional as my cousin." We heard Sho said as the three of us listens to him while the four of us are resting since we just finished practicing our performance later. He's cousin? Ah, that must be Ukisho-kun, right?
"Was that Ukisho-kun?" We heard Jinguji-kun suddenly asked which made Sho nod his head.
"Ah yes. He's talented, wasn't he?" Sho said so proudly which made me smile. Ah, that's right. He and Ukisho Hidaka are second cousins or distant cousins? I don't exactly know how closely related they are but they're cousins. It's quite pretty obvious on how they look similar to one another, right?
"I agree. By the way, is it true that Ukisho-kun also knows how to play violin?" We heard Shori-kun asked while Sho carefully returns his trumpet on it's case.
"Yeah, he's currently studying violin, piano and flute." We heard him said which made all of look at him in shock. What? Is he serious about that?
"Whoa! He's really talented..." We heard Jinguji-kun said which made me just nod my head. Yeah, he really does because it wasn't easy to learn an instrument and for you to learn three instruments at the same time is really something. Ukisho is definitely a genius.
"I agree." We heard Sho said while smiling so proudly to us. Oh, well... I know what exactly Sho feels since my cousins in Germany, Johannes and Henrietta are both musicians and believe it or not, Johannes was once became part of a famous orchestra in Germany though he has to quit eventually to take over their family business. Anyways, they are all so awesome especially Johannes and that's also the reason why I started learning how to play saxophone before because it is one of Johannes' favorite instruments...
"Ah, I'm thirsty. Do you guys want to drink anything? Yamada-kun? Sho? Shori-kun?" We heard Jinguji-kun suddenly asked which brought my attention back to him. Ah, that's right... We've been practicing continuously ever since we got here a while ago. They must be thirsty right now.
