White Love 13: Unexpected Visitor
AYANA MARIE's POV
"Ayana-chan ~ Can you give me a hand?" I heard Miki-chan said. I turned to look at her and saw her getting the other tupperwares inside the refrigerator.
"Ah hai!" I said as I went to the kitchen where she is and gets the other tupperwares with marinated beef cuts.
"Thanks, Ayana-chan." I heard she say that made me just nod while smiling at her. Today is the 2nd Day of the Year and guess what we are doing right now? We're now preparing for our indoor yakiniku party! Yes, indoor yakiniku party because it's still winter and it's so cold outside but come to think of it, this will be my second yakiniku party. Yehey! I love Yakiniku Party!
"What's on your mind, Ayana-chan?" Miki-chan suddenly asked as we both reached the dining room and
"Hmmm...? Oh, I just remembered that this will be my second time having a Yakiniku Party." I said that made her just nod while putting the tupperwares with marinated beef cuts at the table where the electric indoor yakiniku grill is place.
"Oh, that's right. That's the time when my brother's friends throws you a welcome party in his house, right? When I suddenly committed to my friend to cover her up at work?" Miki-chan said that made me just nod.
"Hai..." I said as she start wiping the table because some of the marinated sauce dripped from the tupperwares while I arranged the plates and other utensils on the table. Maybe, you're all wondering where are the others, right? Well, Chiharu-nee chan and Oba-san are still in the kitchen preparing for the other dishes while Oji-san and Kyou-nii chan are having a short conversation about their companies at the living room together with Aiko-chan but she's just quietly sitting there while playing with her toys that Ryosuke-kun gave her as a present last night... I just took a deep breath as I suddenly remembered my niece. I missed my niece in the Philippines... Anyways, as for Ryosuke-kun and Shusuke-san... Those two left not too long ago. I heard that they will just buy something if I'm not mistaken...
"May I ask you something, Ayana-chan?" I heard Miki-chan suddenly said that made me returned my attention to her. Hmmm...?
"Hmmm...? What is it?" I asked while still looking at her. I saw her stopped what she was doing as she turned to look at me. Oh, she looks so serious. Is there something bothering her?
"You said that you have two older brothers, right?" Miki-chan asked seriously. I just nod at her.
"Hai."
"What's their reaction when they knew that you we're engaged with my brother?" Miki-chan asked in a very serious tone once again. Oh, that...
"Well, actually... Ahm... To be honest, they didn't react at all." I said that made her looked at me in shock.
"They didn't? What do you mean?" She asked that made me smiled once again.
