White Love 32: Spend Time Together
RYOSUKE YAMADA 山田涼介's POV
"So when will you two plan to go back to Tokyo?" Oka-san asked after she placed her cup of tea on the dining table. That's right. We are now here at Yokohama. Actually, we arrived earlier than they expected since we left Tokyo earlier today to avoid those crazy reporters.
"The day after tomorrow, oka-san." I answered while taking a sip on my coffee. Now that I think about it. Ever since we've arrived here, our conversation was all about that issue instead of Miki and Junichi sudden marriage... Though I kind of expected this coming anyway.
"Doushite? Oh, wait... Why don't you just leave Ayana-chan here while we wait for that issue about you and Hiiragizawa-san to lie low?" I heard oka-san said which made me furrow my brows. What? Leave Ayana here? Well... To be honest, oka-san has a point but I wonder why I feel so uneasy just by hearing that? I know that it would be best for both of us but...for some reason, I couldn't... Well... I don't know why but I don't want to agree with oka-san's idea right now...
"Anou... But I have to go back to work the day after tomorrow as well, oba-san." I was brought back in my senses when Ayana suddenly spoke which made me turn to look at her and saw her smiling at my parents while still sitting beside me. Oh, that's right. She's going back to work starting next week. Now I'm even more worried for her. Tsk. I just sighed once again. Ah, goodness... Everything is so complicated right now...
"Eh? Is that so? What a pity..." I heard oka-san simply said.
"But anyways, if there's anything you need help with. Don't hesitate to call on us, alright?" Our attention was once again diverted when otou-san suddenly spoke. I just smiled at him as I nod my head.
"Hai. Arigatou, otou-san." I said as I bow my head while still smiling. After all that has been happening to me... I'm still lucky to have my family by my side and most especially, Ayana.
"Why don't you two take a rest first? I'm sure that you two must be tired." Otou-san said which made the two of us nod our heads.
"Hai, otou-san. If you'll excuse us." I said as we both stood up and excused ourselves and as soon as we left the dining room when we suddenly heard nee-chan's voice.
"Ryosuke... Ayana-chan..." Nee-chan called on us which made us turn to look at her and saw her holding a...box?
"Doushita no?" I asked while still looking at my sister who's now holding a box. What's that for?
