One week
Louis POV
Today is New Year's Eve. Zayn invited us to a party that he is trowing in the house with all the boys and girls.
I haven't been at the house since Christmas Day when I meet poppy. I asked Eleanor if I could stay in the couch and she said yes but as she saw me laying down in the couch and saw that I was uncomfortable so she told me to stay in the free room that was in front of her room. Sometimes at night she yells and screams because she gets nightmares of losing poppy so I come and ask her if she's okay and she tells me to stay with her. Of course I stay with her because I still love her I didn't mean anything that I said to her that day. I was just so nervous, one because I was gonna ask her to marry me and two I didn't know if I would be a God father to Poppy, I was scared that all the media was gonna get to her and break her. El wants to her her secret for ever but we both know that can't happened. They have to know at some point and management too. I just don't want her talken away from me or el again. It happens twice not again.
It was time for me to walk Poppy to the park that's down the street. I go and just walk around in a hoodie and a baseball cap so I don't get recognized. As I change Poppy and put her to the carriage and head downstairs. I see El reading a book in the couch so I ask her if she wants to tag along and she says yes.
As we walk together and she pulls the carriage I just stare at her he whole time. She is so beautiful. I tried to date someone to get her of my mind but I just couldn't I loved her too much. Most of them were one night stands. I don't like to be remembered of the first months without El. It was terrible.
She was pushing and making funny faces making Poppy giggle that cute little one that she has.
So are you going to the party tonight. I say mailing her make eye contact with me so I could see those hazel eyes that were beautiful and fell in love with.
Yes, Poppy is gonna stay with Dani's mom. she says making me nod my head. Okay I'm gonna go back to the house so I could get ready do you want me to pick you up? I ask
No it's okay I can walk it's only like a couple of house away. she says while laughing at my stupidity. I wanna make things right with her be the same as we were before and having the same dreams we had together.
As we keep on walking we find a bench and sit for a little while before heading home. I grab Poppy and lay her down in my lap because she is just one week old and she can't really stand or sit. As I make funny faces to her and play peck a boo I notice that El keeps looking at us with a smile on her face.
What's wrong love? I ask her
It's just that Poppy looks so happy with you and always want her to be happy. she says. Don't worry El I'm not going anywhere for a real kind time. I say making her smile bigger.
