* Morning*
I woke up with a sleeping Eleanor in my arms. I smiled and kissed her forehead but then soon realized that we were In the hospital and she wasn't woken up yet.
I scratched my sleepy eyes to then realize everyone was here, making me blush.
Hi Guys! Hi mum! I say in my raspy morning voice.
Hey boobear! my mum said making everyone laugh at why my mom called me that when I am 24 years old.
Mum! I say in annoyance as everyone was still laughing.
Here I got you some clothes! she said handing me some pair of sweats and a hoodie.
I stand up from Eleanor's bed and try not to hurt her as I did.
I stood up while trying to open the bathroom door.
Wow Els a lucky girl! Niall said as Liam was whistling.
What? I asked confused.
Nice ass Tomlinson! said Sophia as Liam instantly covered her eyes so she wouldn't stare.
Yea sweetly you aren't wearing any underwear! The gown shows your entire bum! mum whispered trying to not laugh.
I open the door and immediately shut it. I take this gown off out my underwear and put on the clothes.
I get out and with a slight inch of hope that Eleanor would be up, and she would have that giant smile of hers that would make everyone smile even if they had a terrible day. We are soulmate a and she should be here making everyone laugh like she does it.
I heard a knock on the door so my sister, Fizzy opens it to reveal Simon.
Hey uncle Si! we yell.
Hey guys! Louis can you come here for a second! he says.
I walk out and follow him until we get to the cafeteria. Do you want anything? he asks me and I shake my head no because my mom had brought me a coffee this morning.
So Louis, how is Eleanor? he asks me with concern because he is really good friends with Eleanor's uncles so he knows Eleanor.
She hasn't woken up, no one knows when she can wake up or if she will wake up! I say with my head down because it makes me really sad.
Well Louis, I brought you here to talk because there has been a few changes. he explained.
What kind of changes? I asked confused.
When you weren't conscious Zayn came to me to tell me something...he trailed off.
What did he come to tell you? I say even more confused.
Well um Zayn is leaving one direction! he said.
Well can't this week just get worst and worst. Eleanor won't wake up, and now Zayn is leaving.
oh um! I'm gonna miss him! I say tearing up but not letting them fall.
Simon stands up and hugs me why I return the hug.
Thanks Uncle Si! I tell him and he leaves.
No one can understand how bad I feel!Everyone I love is slowly drifting away! Eleanor please come back.

I go back to Els room after being in the cafeteria for about and see everyone was on their phones or sleeping no one has come to tell us that visiting hours are over so we all stay here.
I go and sit next to Eleanor and put Poppy on my lap. She was holding a little carrot so I decided to play with her.
Hey baby! I say in a baby voice making her giggle. She has they same adorable giggle that Eleanor has.
Do you like carrots? I ask her and she shakes her head no.
What do you mean you don't like carrots? I ask again as I receive a grossed out face.
Dada, ewe! she yelled and threw the carrot away.
Everyone started to laugh at how poppy didn't like the carrot.
Oh Poppy you are just like your mum! I whisper to her. I give her a kiss on the dimple.

It was 11 so I decided to fall asleep and pray for a better day!
