Harry POV
We were in the hospital still and Louis has not woke up. He's not in a coma. His brain is just a little swollen so he can't wake up. I have stayed since yesterday with Eleanor. Everyone has left expect His family. Eleanor cries and cries and we try to help it stop but I doesn't help. She cried the most when Poppy was being carried by Lottie when everyone was leaving and she said Daddy. Everyone is trying to help like Sophia and Liam have taken Poppy from time to time cause she's a handful and to stay with her all day in a hospital is too depressing.
Right now Eleanor was sleeping on the couch with her head in my lap. I love Louis like a brother, he's my best friend and all but I have always had a crush on El. That day that me and Alana were gonna introduce El and Louis to each other I saw her and she made my heart skip a beat. I know that they are soul mates and they wont ever be apart. I love her. And I know that if something happens to Him he would want me to take care of his family, like he does.
Eleanor started to wake up and she ran out to the bathroom and started to throw up everything inside her stomach. Not that there was much in it.
El? Are you okay? I ask her as I ran after her and held her hair back.
Do you want me to get a doctor? I ask her and no shakes her head no.
I have morning sickness! she whispers
Wait does that mean that- I try to. say but she interrupts me
Yes I'm pregnant! she said in a sad tone
oh el you shouldn't be sad about a baby! It's a miracle! I tell her trying to lighten the mood.
It's not a baby! she says making me confused.
What! I say
It's the babies! I'm having twins. she says smiling.
I hug her and congratulate her. Don't worry El I promise that he would wake up in no time.
Now come on the guys texted me and said they were by the cafeteria. You have to eat! You are eating for 3 now come on! I tell her and she nods and we walk to the cafeteria where we saw the guys and girls at.
I told El to sit down and that I would get her food.
Eleanor's POV
Harry had told me to sit down so I could talk to our friends because I haven't all day.
El? how are you felling baba? said Perrie when I say next to her.
I don't know how I feel! You know I'm friking pregnant and the father of the babies is not waking up and I need him! I say while starting to tear up.
Whoa what?! Your pregnant? Sophia asked and just in que Liam asked how's pregnant? she asked with his eyebrows furrowed. I am! I say loud and clear for the first time.
They all came and congratulate me and his me hugs.
Guys I can't breathe! I state
The started to laugh and Zayn apologized.
Then came Harry with food.
He got me so yogurt, a banana, a coffee and an orange juice.
Thank you! I tell him and he nods and sits next to me.
We decided to go back to room after about one hour and a half. When we were walking by the hall. We saw a bunch a nurses and doctors leaving Louis room.
Everyone started to run to the room to see what was going on. Because I'm pregnant and haven't been the healthiest person I decided that I would be better if I walked in a quick pace.
I opened the door and they were all there with happy faces but look like they have seen a ghost. What was happening?
I run to his bed and hug him to death but he was just stiff.
What's wrong Lou? I asked him because I didn't know why he didn't hug me. He would always hug me, but he preferred to be kissed so I started to get closer to him.
I'm sorry I don't know you! he says in a sad and blank voice.
And that's when I knew my world had fallen apart.
