(Ten Minutes before the commander's rescue)
(Y/N): Any suspicious activity Torque?
Torque: Not yet, also why did I have to be here again?
(Y/N): Because the Elders are planning to move the commander. However, it's suspected that the Reapers managed to get intel on the commander's location.
Torque: You telling me the Elders are idiots?
The Advent Officers look at Torque before going back to keep watch.
(Y/N): I didn't say that. Just keep watch. I will be arriving in Fifteen minutes along with the Hunter.
Torque: Understood, Torque reporting out.
A man walks through the scanner making it go off. Advent officers and troopers immediately draw their weapons. Torque slithers towards the man.
Torque: Step aside.
Officer: Understood.
Advent makes way for Torque.
Torque: Tell me, sir, are you carrying anything suspicious on you?
The man stands up and without a glimpse of fear, gets into Torque's face. Torque hisses in amusement before hitting him in the gut. The man looks to his right before standing back up.
Torque: What are you looking at?
Torque looks to her left and sees an X4 charge. Her eyes widen and aim her gun at the man.
???: Now.
The X4 charge goes off throwing everyone near it. Advent troopers not caught in the explosion immediately start evacuating people. Torque gets back on her feet and searches for the suspect, but he is already gone.
Torque: DAMMIT! Lock this place down. No one enters.
Officer: Understood.
The Advent officers and Troopers start doing as ordered. Torque gets on her comms and contacts (Y/N).
Torque: (Y/N) we have intruders!
(Y/N): Keep them away from the clinic! I will be arriving in ten minutes!
Torque: Understood.
Torque is about to head toward the clinic but is stopped by another explosion. Torque hisses in annoyance and makes her way toward the new explosion.
???: Requesting back...
The comms go silent. Torque makes her way toward the nearest dropship. She gets on the first dropship as it lifts off and starts heading towards the clinic.
(With Bradford)
Bradford: How much longer Shen?
Shen: Advent Reinforcements just arrived.
Crasher 1: The Chosen's Viper is with them.
Bradford: Fall back to our position.
Crasher 1: No! I will try to stall them here.
Jane: We're in!
Bradford: Moving to secure the package.
Shen: Let's hope the intel was good.
Bradford turns right and sees the Capsule
Bradford: This is the place.
Shen: Are you sure?
Bradford pulls the lever. The containment opens and starts draining the liquid holding the commander up.
Bradford ignores Shen's plan and smashes the glass causing the commander to fall forwards. Bradford carries the commander over his shoulder.
Bradford: We need a new exit.
Jane: I'm on it!
Jane Kelly moves into the room and throws a grenade toward the corner wall. The explosion opens the wall up.
Shen: Crasher1 is down. Advent is moving towards your location.
Bradford: Firebrand requesting evac!
The Skyranger stops over them and drops the rope. Kelly fires back at advent barely dodging Torque's ice spit.
Jane makes a break for the rope and starts climbing. Once Bradford and Kelly are on, the Skyranger starts leaving.
Two psionic pillars appear revealing (Y/N) and The Hunter.
(Y/N) enters the room to see a codex appear.

Hunter: I'm guessing this is not good.
Torque: You think!
(Y/N): The commander has been taken. Report this to the Elders soldier.
The Codex disappears without saying anything.
(Y/N) looks at the container with a grin. The Hunter notices and can only shake his head.
(Y/N): So, now the true war begins. Bring it on Commander.
(XCOM Base)
Eliza: Where am I?
Eliza can't move but she feels something getting ripped out of her. Her memories start coming back.
Eliza remembers everything. The destruction, the death of millions of people. She remembers the false promises the Elders made. She remembers her capture. She remembers her only remaining family, her brother. Her eight-year-old brother.
???: You promise you will come back.
Eliza: I promise. Nothing will separate us.
Eliza is brought out of her memories and sees Dr. Tygan and her old friend Bradford.
Bradford: Told'em it would take more than that to keep you down. Welcome back, commander.
Eliza closes her eyes and goes to sleep. Only one thing keeps her hopes up.
Eliza: Brother.
