*Hannah's POV*
It's been 2 weeks since school ended, and today is my birthday!!
Usually, we have a special breakfast that is chorizo eggs with cheese and served with a tortilla. That right there is my go-to breakfast because my great-aunt always makes it when we visit her in Colorado.
Yes, I did say, Colorado. Both of my parents were born and raised in Ohio, then they got married. They moved to Colorado for 2 years then moved to Louisiana and met Leo and Lynette. A lot of my family moved from California or Ohio to Colorado. So we go there a lot.
After I got changed I went downstairs, there it was chorizo eggs, potatoes, and tortillas, for breakfast!
"Good morning birthday girl", my mom said.
"Morning, it smells so good", I said walking to the dining room and messing with my brother's hair. After that, the doorbell rang I went to see who it was. It was Hunter, Leo, and Lynette. I opened the door and they all greeted me with hugs and said happy birthday. Hunter gave me the biggest hug and a kiss on the cheek, which after my face was as red as a tomato.
After breakfast, Hunter and I asked our parents if we could go to the creek near our houses. They said yes, and told us to be careful.
When Hunter and I got there we went to our tree which was this beautiful giant oak tree.
"Now what is your birthday wish?" asked Hunter.
"My birthday wish is that you'll never leave my side till the day we die," I reply.
"I promise you that I will never," Hunter tells me while smiling.
After we played by the creek for a while Hunter and I left to go home. He walked me home then he kissed me on the cheek before he walked home. Which was right across the street. I walked in and my parents asked how the creek went and I responded with good. I went upstairs to take a shower. Then I went to bed thinking about an amazing birthday I had with my best friend.
A/N: Hey guys, long time no see. I'm so sorry for not posting anything on here my last computer had a swollen battery so it could've caught on fire a few times so I couldn't use it anymore. I didn't want to write any of my stories on my phone just because It's hard to type on it. I finally got a new computer for Christmas so I could work on here more and do work I can't do on my phone. Other than that, this book is ending soon so just a heads up. I am on my winter break right now so I will try to post as much as possible. I will tell you about the next part of this series in a chapter or two. I don't have social media anymore so I don't have a lot of pictures of Hunter so I will try my best to find some. If you were wondering how school was going, it's going fine it could be a lot better but I can only go up from here. Again, I am so sorry I have not been posting I will try to post as much as I can before I go back to school next week. Yeah, so hope you guys had a great holiday and if I don't post before the new year, Happy New Year!! Can't believe it's almost 2023!! Hope you guys have a great night/day!! Stay Golden!!
