Chapter VIII: What am I?

Hello again! Did you guess it? Hahaha :)
Well, some of my friends thinks it's a bird but its not. Is it obvious? Okay. That 'light' and 'white' thingy is called a FEATHER! Get it?

Now, you already knew what's 'THAT' thing. And its a while a haven't update. So, I think I should zip my mouth and stop talking... that's all!

[Amethyst POV]

I woke up from this dark abyss. I look around but I only saw the Southern Cross.

'Why is there a Southern Cross above this dark place. And why is there no stars?'

I questioned myself mentally and I walk to the black world.

"Hello? Is anybody here?" I asked and my voice echoed through the infinite space. No one is anwering so I sighed. I wrapped my arm around my knees and supported my chin with it as I closed my eyes.

"Amethyst...,"
"The Moon Angel..."

I half-opened my eyes as I heard a voice echoed all over the dark world. When I finally open my eyes, I was jaw-dropped. The black world was changed into a blue world with clouds iin a fast forward mode. Then I looked above me and the constellation was still there.

Then I saw something flying down three meters away and it appeared from nowhere. I stared at it and I identify was it is. It some kind a feather. I stared straight ahead until it the feather touches the ground, it dropped like a water and created a small waves from the fall... suddenly, the movement of the clouds stopped, it was like time stopped it.

"Huh? What happened?" I look around and take a few steps forward. Below me, I looked at the feather and pick it up.

All of the sudden, the ground cracked and I fell. I scream from falling, of course! YOU KNOW I HATE FALLING but I love heights. Weird right?

I keep on falling and falling. As you can see it was an endless abyss.

Then I sense something on my right side. It was just the white feather. I looked it closer, it has black and purple strands and the rest are white. I blinked my eyes.

I shrugged and blow the feather away but the feather went to my hair and it got closer. It glows when it comes nearer to me. Henceforth, the feather is now attach on my hair. I grab it and try to take it off but it won't.

I tried to remove it but it won't. I give up and just leave it there. I stared at the bottom and it seems like I'm going to hit the ground very hard. I closed my eyes and waited. I'm almost at the bottom but I feel grabbed me on my back and felt the wind around me.

"Princess Amethyst." A voice whispered.

When I open my eyes, I stopped falling. I turn my head and saw a dragon saved me from falling. The dragon smiled at me and flapped its wings all the way to the top.

"THIS IS AMAZING!!!" I shouted and felt happy. The dragon carefully put me down and flew away. I sighed and said.

"Gladly, I was saved by the dragon and never ended up dying or eating. Phew~!" As I wipe the sweat on my forehead while looking down at the hole.

"Amethyst." A voice called.

I looked everywhere but there's nothing, not even a single person or something.

"Hime-sama..."

"Who's there?" I asked the voice while looking the figure.
