Chapter 11

"Thor, can you just sit? like for once in your life, stop walking around," you took pop tarts from his hand, harsher than you intended to, "and stop eating sugar," you looked at Thor with an annoying look so he stopped and you also didn't use an illusion on your eyes so that it would reflect the night sky full of stars.

After all of the showing power events last week, you didn't bother to put an illusion over your eyes anymore. It's not like no one knew and it had already become a public secret for the Avengers. and also Loki's heritage was out so at this point you and him were just ignoring things and moving on with your life.

Currently you were at home with Thor and Loki. The other was on a mission and Tony was doing rich man things. He asked you to come with him and Pepper but you refused. for a person who wanted to stay hidden like you, being around Tony was a stupid things to do. The man literally was a magnet for paparazzi.

so here you were, bored out of your mind, usually you would snuck out and have fun. but with no one around, you were up for a babysitting job. Thor babysits Loki and you babysit Thor. Both could cause chaos without surveillance. you were wondering how could their mother be so patient with them. you literally want to chain Thor to the wall so he wouldn't break anything. He was already breaking 3 things today. Like a mug, bowl and Tony's said expensive table lamp. He put Mjolnir everywhere, like everywhere, in the couch, floor, table, Loki's lap (so he wouldn't go anywhere) and he even forgot about it in the elevator once. After that Steve kept asking why the elevator was worthy.

"Lady, can I take my pop tarts back?," he pouted, and you shook your head, "No. Can you just be like your brother? calm and reserved? What kind of barbaric prince are you? Stop talking before I lose my temper and send you to Valhalla myself," you gritted your teeth and smack him with a nearest pillow.

You heard giggling from Loki's side of the couch but the man hid his face in the book he read, but his shoulder was shaking so it gave it away, "I'm glad you're enjoying this brother," Thor said dryly but sit obediently didn't want to annoy you any longer.

This couldn't do, you needed to get out before you exploded literally.

"I've decided," you started, "you, the handsome God and i will go looking for an adventure," you said to Thor, he grumbled that he was also Handsome and a God but you ignored him. Loki pretended like he didn't care but you know he was interested in the idea of going outside.

"We can go to the bookstore~" you sang to Loki. he looked up from his book only to be welcomed by your puppy look.

he sighed, at the adorable puppy which was you, "This once," he put one finger up and with a shimmer of green magic he changed his pajamas into his usual formal clothes which was a black suit.

"Are we going on a normal outing or are we going to cause trouble outside," Thor asked Loki.

"How am I supposed to know? can't see the future like a witch," he shrugged.

"no? Then why are you dressed like one?,"

"Hey! I think he looked great," you said to Thor defensively.

"It's like 100 degrees outside, he's gonna steam himself with that suit," Loki pulled out his knives and Thor ran for his dear life.

"He's right, you don't do well in hot weather do you?," Loki nodded at your question, "That's the only weakness a frost giant can have, I guess," he mumbled to himself.

you smirked at him as your eyes turned white. The hot and bright day instantly changes into a dark cloudy and windy day. Loki laughed and patted your hair softly, "Smart little darling," he cooed at you and made you blushed.

you huffed, "i might have looked young but i'm as old as Tony," you said to him.

He raised an eyebrow like encouraging you to continue but you shook your head, "Story for tomorrow, now we had no reason for not going out. and for the records, I think you looked Handsome in this suit. it's not like i don't find you handsome with any other clothes, of course you look handsome everyday with any clothes, but, ah forget it," you went to your room leaving the smirking God behind.

you took the two gods for lunch first because a hungry god was a grumpy god and a grumpy god meant a homicidal god. so you fed them before going to the first destination. you took them to the Italian restaurant that wasn't crowded but still had a good review. personally, it suited your taste as you went there a couple of times so it might not be so bad for the God who likes fancy meals. even though they ate like cows. But you were not one to judge as you also ate the same way.

you used an illusion on your face so no one would know your identity, taking the two Avengers out meant more attention on the street and people took photos of the three of you. you were careful so it was okay.

After the meals were done, now you brought the two Gods to the arcade. poor God never been to one. You might or might not rent the whole place with Tony credit card because you wanted them to enjoy the experience of playing in the arcade without worrying about other people. Just this time though, Tony would kill you if you used his credit card for unnecessary things again. even though it was just an empty threat from his side.

"Y/N, what is this place?," Thor asked with an excited expression, even though he didn't know what to do in this place he still somehow had an idea about it and was very excited.

"This O' God of Thunder, is an arcade. This was where fun was excited. pick what you want to play i'll show you how to," you didn't need to tell him twice, Thor already gone looking for things he wanted to play.

you took Loki's arm and force him moved, "Don't show me that uninterested expression, i know you are so now we're gonna play," you dragged him to followed Thor as he was the one you babysit. and it was harder then had to babysit Loki.

Thor wanted to play the shooting game so you taught him how to operate the game. He went against Loki who actually quite liked the idea of beating his brother even though it was just a game. and he indeed won. Thor, who didn't accept losing, asked for more and more rematched that he almost broke the machine. you stopped him before he could.

"Don't be such a sore loser brother. accept your failure with dignity," Loki smirked at him and looked smug. Thor pouted and grumbled for a rematched.

"We're not here for a fight, we're here for fun. so let's move on to the next game," you dragged the two gods to the next game you wanted to play. Loki was a natural while learning human things, even though he claimed he didn't care, he was still better at this whole civilized thing. Thor needed more time and more control in his power and barbaric nature so he wouldn't break everything.

you took them to the basketball game, car racing game, and even the claw machine. Loki used his magic so you got the plushies you wanted, that was a Captain America shield pillow that looked so soft, he grumbled and purposely lost it a couple of times, but at your disappointed expression, he won it for you. also a llama, a black kitty and a puppy plushie.

he chuckled at the sight of you trying to hold all the plushies, "Such a cute puppy," you pouted, "Pick one you wanted to hold now," he said, you picked the kitty one and he vanished all the remaining plushies back to your room.

After finishing playing you dragged the two Gods again to the photo booth, "What game is in here?' Thor asked, totally confused.

"This is not a game, but a photo booth. My rule for going to the arcade with friends is that we have to take a photo as a memory token. Fix your hair," you said to him, which he did obediently.

you took 3 strips of photos that consisted of 4 photos each and looked for what you were gonna take. Loki hadn't smiled in a couple of photos, maintaining his uninterested act but it was slowly fading the more photos you see. you took the last strips that had his laughed expression taken and hid it in your pocket.

"Here for you two," you handed them each photo. Thor smiled when you gave him the photo where Loki had smiled, "I'll definitely show this to mother," he smirked at Loki who blushed but looked the other way and vanished both photos to the tower.
