Dust
Grilby

Dust pov:
I looked over at the bar stool next to me. Even though the others can see I'm acting differently then their Sans they don't care.

I looked over at the bar stools. The monsters kept laughing at my jokes. I looked back at the other guest. They enjoyed my jokes and found it cheering them up.

I turned to Grilby and started joking with him. He seemed to enjoy it, but we both know that isn't what he's thinking.

The place was about to close so I have to make this fast. Just got to get the job done before they get far. It's a shame, I was really enjoying it.

But all good things must come to an en- I wouldn't suggest that. I turned to look at Grilby.

Before I could process anything he closed down the place and everyone left, except me.

Fine, just have to do this one by one. Let's get this done wit-

So, I suppose your trying to pass off as our Sans. Uhh, how you- Ours went missing a few days ago. But seeing as he was bleeding before he left.

Doesn't matter, I have a job to do. Starting with you! Sure, after all, the smiles were for a show after all.

What does he mean smiles? What smiles? Is he, is he trying to fool me?

And I guess he could see my confusion as well. I could see how you enjoyed hanging out and laughing with the others.

Something tells me you miss this. I started to get...irrated. I refuse to listen to this Grilby's words anymore! I just need this to end!

...We both know the others won't know. We also both know that you want a knew home. This world would be your best bet.

If this is some kind of game I won't buy it! I quickly summoned a bone attack in front of me. So, why don't we end it!

I watch as the Grilby just looked at me. I didn't care and just charged forward. I'm done!

I stopped and just collapsed on the floor. I felt my tears pour out of my eyes. I just want this to end.

I felt Grilby wrap his arms around me. I just cried, letting it out.

I can't stay here. We both know that. Grilby sat me onto the bar stool. We just sat and talked. Eventually I had to go though.

....I'm sorry....it would be best if I just, you know. If you insist. But if I can ask for a favor. Just, come back soon.

I gave a smile before leaving. Sure. I closed the door. I pulled my hood up and went to town and found the other monsters.

At the end of it all I went back to Grilby's. I opened a drink and poured 2 glasses. I took one, and placed the other one next to the dust.
