Unexpectedly In Love

chapter 7- left alone

FLASHBACK contd...

Arjun's pov,

It's been one month after talking with Archana.

My parents also asked me about my decision, I told them I want sometime.

They too accepted it.

Now I am in office, currently thinking about what to decide ??

One side, I felt what Archana told is correct.

Because my parents are happy with this marriage.

My mom who asked me to marry her brother's daughter is now asking me to marry Archana.

I asked her "why she suddenly wants me to marry Archana?? "

She told her brother's daughter is in love with someone.so she would be happy if I gets married to Archana.

I don't know what to tell her.

I thought if I reject this proposal she would support me.

But now she also supports dad.

Then Archana will really be helpful in our business.

'Life partner's will also reduce our burden '.

So if Archana is ready to share my burden with her by helping me in my work.
Then why not I marry her.

Then the reason for which I rejected her came in my mind how did I forget that... But again started thinking, now the technology is well developed we can solve our problems through it.

So, yes let me say my decision to them.

After work, I went home and went directly to mom and dad room.

"Mom dad, I am OK with marrying Archana ".l said.

They were surprised and very happy about my decision.

They immediately told my decision to my soon to be in-laws.

Next day,

While I was in my room getting ready for work, I heard a knock.

I opened to get surprised.

"Archana came and hugged me tightly and she kissed my cheeks and said thank you. "

I admired her she was looking like a child while talking.

Then marriage preparations started quickly.

But There came a unexpected news...

I want to immediately attend a business conference in New York
Which was supposed to be on next month. But they preponed to this month.

So I decided to go and attend.

I asked my parents to fix my wedding after my conference.

They eventually agreed to it.

The Next week, I traveled to New York.

Conference is planned for two months (so many stages of meeting for the approval of our new products)
But it extended to 4 months.

My parents was pissed off at me as I was eventually postponing the marriage.

How they can think like that..??

If I m not ready for marriage I wouldn't have agreed to it in the first place.

I just want to shout  at them.. But I don't want to do that.
