"Happy birthday kanna!!" Lalitha wished hugging him.
(kanna - endearment)
"Thank you mom ".Arjun said.
"Happy birthday my son, wish you all success". Srinivasan said putting his hands around Arjun's shoulders .
"Thank you dad". Arjun said.
"Arjun and Saahithiya you both go to temple and come .take Sara with you guys". Lalitha said.
"OK mom". Arjun said.
"In the evening, me and your dad have arranged for the party in the hotel ". Lalitha said making Arjun frown.
"But mom what's is the need of party? I'm not a child to celebrate my birthday by giving party to everyone" Arjun said whining.
"Shhh Arjun, who said only children should celebrate birthdays, everybody can celebrate it. And it's our birthday gift for you ,so accept it" .Lalitha said caressing Arjun's hair.
Arjun smiled at his mom.
"Dad, come let's eat ,I'm hungry . This mom son drama will not get over now". Nikki said to distract them.
"Hello madam, do you remember that today is my birthday?" Arjun said pulling her ears .
"Why would I? Are you a baby?" Nikki said sticking her tongue out.
"Yes he is my baby only, what will you do now?" .Lalitha said supporting Arjun.
"Dad !!" Nikki whined.
"Leave that people ,my sweetheart. I think your mother have some problem in her eyes. You are the baby here". Srinivasan said pulling his wife's legs.
Lalitha glared at him.
In the meanwhile, Sara shouted "me baby.. baby".
Everyone laughed hearing her.
"Dad mom I think you both have to check your eyes . Because how can you guys tell these two has babies when my Sara baby is here". Saahithiya said in her serious voice while controlling her laugh.
Sara didn't know what her Amma is talking about but hearing Sara baby she shouted" yeshh yeshh (yes)".
"Yes yes, you are the only baby here". Nikki said pinching Sara's cheeks.
All laughed looking at them and after breakfast all went to do their work.
Arjun and Saahithiya with Sara went to temple and worshipped the God Goddess and came back.
Saahithiya took a day off because of the party and now she is in her room trying to put Sara to sleep.
After sometime, Sara fell asleep and Saahithiya decided to choose her dress for the evening party .
That's when Lalitha knocked her door.
"Mom come inside". Saahithiya greeted her.
"Saahithiya I have brought dresses for you 3 for today's party ". Lalitha gave her dress bags.
"Mom, today is Arjun's birthday only. Not mine. I can't accept this mom". Saahithiya said politely.
"Why I can't gift my daughter a dress?" Lalitha asked dramatically leaving Saahithiya in no other option rather than accepting it.
