Dark watched his all but romantic partner leave down the hallway, giving a soft sigh. He had the easier journey, to go check on his child. Every time he was away from Y/N, he felt fear like he had never known. A fear that Anti could get in the home, that the Googles wouldn't be able defend them, that they would be hurt or worse: killed. These were things no parent should ever have to fear..yet..they were a daily occurrence for Dark.

As soon as he felt the comfort of Wilford, he began feeling his heart race as words started to screen over his eyes: what if they were gone and he didnt know? What if he couldn't find them again? What if he did find them and they were dead?

A walk became a sprint as his heart began to race him. The portraits of Google passed by in a blur as he arrived at his door and tossed it open without care. His hair amiss, his tie out of place.

Yellow and Red were on the bed with his child. Red was sitting on the pillow with their screen displaying some sort of show. Green was in the corner, reading. Everything was okay. Yellow looked up as the door opened, Y/N too engrossed in the show to even notice. "Hey Dark!" Yellow greeted, frowning as they noticed the disheveled head of the home. "Are you okay?" They questioned, getting up and going over to their boss, who was looking around the room- seeming to search for a threat that didn't exist.

"Yes, I am..fine." he said, pulling his hand through his hair to fix it as he proceeded into the room, picking up his kid, who squealed playfully. "Hello button." Dark said, turning Y/N around to hug them, the small child wrapping their arms around Dark. "Hi buba." They greeted softly, closing their eyes happily as they were held.

Red opened their eyes, the mute figure closing the screen to get up and return to yellow. Yellow and Red watched the father tenderly hold his child, seeming afraid that they would disappear from his arms at any moment. Red was worried, while Yellow found the moment to be nothing but wholesome.

Perhaps Y/N wasn't the only one who should be enrolled in therapy, the Google supposed to themselves.

Green finally looked up to smell the roses, raising a brow before pushing himself up and walking past the two dismissively. "Come on Orange, we aren't needed anymore." Green remarked to the pair as he walked past, heading out of the room and down the hall.

Red held out their hands as their textbook appeared, speaking to Yellow, 'Blue said Subway was delivered, want to go check for leftovers?'

That was enough to sweep Yellow off their feet and proceed out and to the hallway, going the opposite direction of Green. Red lingered for a moment more before joining their partner, hands held in one anothers'.
