RWBY: World Conflict{Remake}

Chapter 7

{A/n: Hey everyone Roach here with another chapter. DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT own RWBY!}

*Kingdom of Vale*

A little over a month after everyone entered the portal General Miyamoto, General Kwong, General Macmillan, General Fischer, General Lavigne, General Holt, and General Hansen were currently at the the Kingdom of Vale Council building meeting with Ozpin, Qrow, Goodwitch, and the council of Vale. With them was Captain Hinata Tanaka. She had set up a display and was currently debriefing everyone on what they've discovered. "So far we've learned the locations of each portal. The North American portal leads to the island of Menagerie!" She said pointing to Menagerie on the map. "The Oceania portal leads is near the Kingdom of Mistral!" She said pointing to the location of the Mistral exited. "The Western Europe Portal 2 led to the a location in Vacuo!" She said as she pointed to it as well. "And then the Western Portal 1 and Asia Portal 1 led to the island of Patch for the Western Portal and the Forever Fall Forest for the Asia Portal." She said finishing up her debrief. "I see. So do we know the cause of the portals appearing?" One of the council asked and that's when a man with black hair and a thick mustache walked forward and his eyes were a yellow orange color. He's a scientist from Vale named Dr. Charles Blake. 

Dr Blake spoke up. "No sir. We haven't. We're still investigating but we are working with the scientists from Earth to determine what happened." Dr Blake said and the council nodded. "I see. What's the status of the Military bases your setting up?" Another Council members asked. "We've finished setting up the base and have managed to complete the landing strip for our jets. All the buildings have been fully built." General Macmillan said. "We have finished our construction as well and are currently working on a road between our base and Vale." General Miyamoto said and the council nodded. They continued their meeting and so far a peaceful relationship between Belgium, France, Germany, Japan, Norway, South Korea, and the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Vale. 

*Meanwhile*

On the Island of Menagerie a shaky peace between the Humans of Earth and the Faunus of Menagerie has been formed. The population of Menagerie are split on how to accept these new visitors. Half the population want peace with them while the other half want them to leave. A group known as the White Fang that are apart of the town as well are also highly against the Humans from Earth and are wanting to start a war with them to run them off Menagerie. Ghira Belladonna and his wife Kali are trying to keep things peaceful but the leaders of the White Fang on Menagerie Fennec Albain and his brother Corsac Albain are highly outspoken against the Americans and Canadians being on Menagerie. So for the time being General Mitchell and General Tremblay have ordered the soldiers to stay out of Menagerie unless it's for official business such as delivering food and goods or patrolling for Grimm. Currently Task Force 141 operators were in Menagerie escorting a delivery of supplies to Menagerie. These supplies contained basic necessities and some food. The food they were delivering was canned but only because it's long shelf like and ease of use. A lot of the faunus in the town were really grateful for this as many had trouble getting food.

Fernandes, Price, Mactavish, Griggs, Grizzly, and Dusty were currently unloading one truck while Thinker, Gaz, Roach, Ghost, and Buck were unloading another truck. They were getting a mixture of curious stares and glares from the Faunus around them as they unloaded. "You think these guys would figure out we're trying to be friends with them!" Mactavish said. "You can't really blame them though! I mean how they've been treated in this world is similar to how we humans have we treated each other over the course of our history! Hell if it wasn't for the Grimm then there'd probably be a lot less of a population on this planet!" Dusty said and they nodded in agreement. "You think that?" Aria asked as she walked over and Dusty looked at her. "Aria on our world in the last 200 years we've had 2 world wars, several small wars and have came close to entire human extinction from our own hands probably at least a dozen times! If that's from a planet with just humans on it and no Grimm how do you think Remnant would have fared in that same time?" Dusty asked before grabbing another crate from the truck.

Aria went silent from Dusty's question and both Ghira and Kali had heard Dusty's question and this caused Ghira to go into deep thought. "Don't get me wrong! I love my home world but it's history is filled with bloodshed from the beginning of time!" Dusty said and Aria nodded after about a minute of silence Aria walked over to the truck. "You guys want some help unloading?" She asked and Price looked at her. "You don't have to but if you want to help then grab a crate!" Price replied and she nodded and started helping them unload the truck. As she was unloading the truck she noticed some of the kids who played in the courtyard of Menagerie was waving and smiling at Grizzly who smiled and waved back. "Kids really seem to like Grizzly!" Aria said and Griggs laughed. "That's an understatement." He said smiling and she smiled and nods. When they finished unloading the kids came over to them and Grizzly shared some of the candy he had with him with the kids and they smiled and thanked him before running off. Meanwhile Price was getting Ghira to sign for the shipment. "So I was told that the leaders of Canada and America were coming to complete peace negotiations." Ghira said and Price nods. "Yes sir. Mitchell will be in contact with you soon to make the arrangements." Price said and he nodded. After that the 141 returned to base. Aria watched them leave thinking about what Dusty said and now wondering how Remnant would have turned out if no Grimm existed and only Humans and Faunus were on the world.
