RWBY: World Conflict{Remake}

Chapter 11

{A/n: Hey everyone Roach here with another chapter! DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT own RWBY!}

*Kingdom of Vale*

Late at night in a warehouse in Vale the leader of the Vale branch of the White Fang Adam Taurus was in an outrage as the White Fang had lost favor in Menagerie as they tried to prevent the peace treaty signing between America, Canada, and Menagerie. Adam had told them to ensure that the treaty wasn't signed and to convince the Faunus there that these Humans must be sent back to Earth by force. However he didn't account for the President of America being able to turn the entire Faunus population of Menagerie to support the peace or even the fact that Illia called out Fennec and Corsac when America gave the Faunus equal rights to Humans on American soil and they dismissed it like it was nothing. This in turn led to the number of White Fang members in Menagerie dropping from it's original number of 350 members down to only 15 members afterwards. This even had a drastic effect in the other Kingdoms as well as Adam went from having nearly 1,000 subordinates in Vale to only 300 now. In rage from these turns of events Adam was currently destroying the make shift office he had set up for himself in rage. After he calmed down one of his subordinates entered the room. "Boss!" He said and Adam looked at him. "WHAT?!" Adam asked in rage. "There's a human here asking to see you!" The White fang Lieutenant said. "Then why did you let him?" Adam demanded. "Because he says he has a proposition you might be interested in!" The Lieutenant replied and Adam raised an eyebrow and followed the Lieutenant to meet the human.

He was currently surrounded by White Fang all having guns aimed at him and Adam got a good look at the man. He was a brown haired man with blue eyes and a slightly pale complexion and an athletic build and seemed to be in his late 30s to early 40s. He was wearing a blue track suit which had the jacket partially unzipped revealing a white tank top underneath. He was currently smoking a cigarette as Adam approached him. "Give me one reason why I shouldn't just kill you?" Adam demanded and the man just took a long pull on the cigarette before taking it out of his mouth and exhaled the smoke. "Simple! I can give you equipment that is capable of taking on the Americans!" He said with a thick Russian accent. This caught Adam's attention. "Explain!" Adam demanded and the man nodded. "Of course! For the right price I can give you weapons that can do damage to the militaries of Earth!" The man said and Adam looked at him deep in thought. "Fine! Name your price!" Adam replied. "The old quarry outside of town! Meet us there! We'd like the payment to be in Gold!" The man said and Adam nodded. "Very well!" He replied and the man nodded. "Good! Since my business here is done! I shall take my leave!" He said turning and leaving the building.

*Kingdom of Vacuo*

In the Deserts of Vacuo the Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, and Spain had set up a oeace treaty with the Kingdom of Vacuo. Task Force Rainbow has been helping Huntsmen from Vacuo take down Grimm in the area but now were assigned a reconnaissance mission by the General Novák after some scientists have discovered a energy reading similar to the Portals energy reading in the Desert. So now Zofia and her team were heading into the desert to locate the source of the energy reading. "Zofia! Are those eggheads really sure something is out here?" Langley said and she nods. "If they weren't they wouldn't have sent us out here!" Zofia replied and Langley nods. "Yeah well this just feels like a wild goose chase if you ask me!" He replied and she nodded. "Tell me about it!" She replied. After that conversation they continued to ride through the desert in the dune buggies until they reached a ruined encampment near some Desert mountains. "You seeing this Zofia?" Langley asked and she nodded. "Yeah." She said before grabbing the radio. "Command Central this is Zulu-1 do you copy?" Zofia said and Novák instantly replied. "Zulu-1 this is Command Central! I read you loud and clear! What's your sit rep?" He asked. "We found an abandoned encampment. It appears the reading those scientists have picked up are coming from it." She replied. "I see. Investigate the encampment but be careful Zulu-1!" Novák replied and she nodded. "Roger that! Zulu-1 out!" She replied and then she led her team into the encampment and as they got closer they noticed that there were no signs of a scuffle such as bullet holes, claw marks, or anything of the such. The only relative information they've come across was some kind of explosion had caused a cave in the cave near the camp.

The evidence of the explosion was all over the place as large boulders and other debris laying all over the place in the sand around them. "What the hell happened here?" Hawk said as he examined the debris. "No clue but that energy reading is coming from the cave!" Zofia said as the scanner had led her directly to the cave entrance. "Any clues on who's camp this was?" Zofia asked looking at Langley. "None so far! Maybe those eggheads can tell us something when they get here!" He replied and she nodded in agreement. Zofia looked at the blocked cave wondering what  secrets it holds.
