It's been two hours. I'm hungry as shit. I'm gonna kill him I swear. He never breaks a promise though. If he's doing something like training I'm gonna lose it. I get up.
"Thanks for the drinks." I say and leave pissed. The owner knows you do not get in between me and eating.
Time skip
Where the hell is he? I'm getting angrier by the second all of a sudden I see a flame go high. An infernal? He has to be heading there. I get onto a roof and speed off to it. I get there and there's no fire anywhere. What the hell.
I see him fighting two kids. I knew he was doing something stupid. The kids are good but they could do better. They look like they're doing their best. That aside it's my turn. I appear in front of him. His eyes widen and punch him.

He falls back and I stand above him. "Benimaru Shinmon you have some explaining to do." I say and my stomach growls. "You should have ate with out me." He says. Why can't he see that's not the point. I'm not just mad at him for making me wait.
He never breaks a promise. I sit on his stomach and grip his shirt. I tear up a bit. "That's not the point you broke your promise. You never do that. You didn't give me a good morning kiss either. I've been worried searching for you endlessly." I say. He just stares at me.
Say anything. Anything at all. He sighs. He sits up sliding me into his lap. "I'm sorry for not giving you a good morning kiss and for not being on time. Work just took over." He says. I just sniffle. "What am I going to do with you crybaby?" He says and rubs the top of my head.
"I am not a cry baby." I say trying to wipe my tears. "Will a kiss make you feel better?" He asks. I just nod wiping the rest of my tears away. He kisses me. "Let's go eat at a buffet you can get all the food you want." He says.
I nod. He packs me as he gets up. "First though. Shinra, Arthur." He says. The kids just stare. "This is (Y/n) Benimaru. She's my wife and second strongest in my brigade." He says.

"Since when are we married?!" I say feeling flustered. "What do you mean we got married as kids?" He says.
Flash back
I see a kid alone at the end of the playground. I go up to him. "What you came to make fun of my eyes too?" He says. "I don't know you and I'd never make fun of somebody. That's very dangerous." I say. "Whatever. You say that but you'd make fun of me as soon as I turn around." He says.
"I promise I won't." I say. "Seriously you make promises to strangers? You do know that you can't break them." He says. "Yeah but this is a promise I know I can keep." I say. He stands up then turns around and looks at me. My heart beats fast.
My eyes grow wide and hold my chest. "See I knew you'd just make fun of me or look at me weird." He say. "No that's not it at all. I think you're eyes are very pretty and you're very handsome." I say. "You're joking right?" He says. "No not at all. I think that who ever makes fun of them are just jealous. I've never felt like this before but it's not a negative emotion. It feels nice I like it." I say.
He just looks at me wide eyed. His face is red but he turns away. "Are you sick? Let me feel your forehead." I say worried. "I'm fine shorty just confused is all." He says. "Shorty?" I ask. His face goes back to normal. "You're really short so I'm gonna name you shorty." He says.
"Hm then I'll name you beautiful eyes." I say. "Don't you dare call me that." He says. I just look down. "Shinmon." He says. "Huh?" I say. "That's my real name Shinmon." He says. "My names (Y/n) but you can call me whatever as long as you mean it." I say.
"Whatever." He says. "Promise." I say. He just looks at me. "Promise." He says. I jump and hug him. "Get off of me!" He says. I rub my face against his cheek.
"I knew it you are sick! Come on we are going to go see my mom for help." I say and get down. I take his hand. "I told you I'm not sick." He says. He looks away. "I just have that feeling that you feel." He says.
I just smile at him then hug him tight. "Stop that." He says his face turning red. "We're gonna be best friends okay." I say. "I don't get a choice?" He asks. "No." I say.
"When you feel this feeling normally you marry them." He says. I just tilt my head. "Do you want to get married?" He asks. "Mhm." I say. "Married people kiss though are you sure?" He asks. I nod. "I wanna marry you!" I say excitedly.
I jump up and hold him. I give him a big kiss. "Yay we're married!" I say happily. He just shocked. He just smiles softly and kisses my cheek.
Present
"We were kids though!" I say embarrassed. "Oh but you gave me a kiss so it was official." He says. "Since we're married that means we'll have a family. Shinmon you can't wear cond-" I say but he covers my mouth quickly. "How about we get going. We'll train more later." He says to the boys and walks off.
Time skip to Benimaru's house
We ate until we were full. Now we're at his house. He throws me on his bed and gets on top of me. "Now what were you saying. I can't wear a what?" He says. "Now hold on." I say. He smirks.
