Also, this will be following some of the timeline the Wizarding World universe, at the time, but there will also be new events that have not taken place - according to HP or Fantastic Beasts.
The events in the book starts in 1942.
In terms of the storyline, I'm aware that in the HP universe, Tom Riddle had created his first horcrux (the Gaunt ring) before starting his fifth year at Hogwarts in 1942. However, for the sake of the story, he hasn't created any horcruxes yet and the Gaunt family members are still alive (for now).
There will be a lot of updating for each chapter released but I really do hope you enjoy this!
Edit: I have completely decided to restart the story because as I found a lot of plot holes with my original plan so bear with me! I'll try and edit chapters everyday :)
