Damn three sections in a week, yay! Sorry they are short, i keep getting interupted my anoying butterflies and then i have to catch them and eat them, by the time i get back to my writing i've discovered that i no longer remeber what i wanted to write. <sigh> Butterflies go away, come again another day.

Ash lovingly caressed her favorite guns, so wonderful and lovely and yet, they had no amo. She couldn't decide if she should retaliate or just shoot them both in the head and be done with them. They had actually had the gall to first take her guns and then they made sure no one else would sell her any weapons. It was agrivating when she went to the home store to get new table knives only to be told that she was not allowed to because Mr. Chance said they were to dangerous for her.

A kitchen knife was aparently to dangerous. For her, damn them! Ash had been useing guns since she was nine, and she'd learned how to throw knives when she was twelve. She was willing to stake her store on the fact that not only could she outshoot and outthrow any of Mr. Chances men but she could also take damn good care of herself as well.

"Those stupid idiots," She growled as she reloaded her guns with the cartrages she kept under her floor boards.

"Mamma i'm ready." Charlotte called up to her mother from the stares as she carefully lugged her suitcase down the stares while her brother just ran down it with his banging from one wall to the other.

"Hold on sweety," She quickly tucked one gun into her side holster and put the other one under her pillow out of sight. "You guys excited for camp?" She buckled them in and started her red ford truck.

"I want to go to school first." Liam wined.

"You can go to school a few days after you get back from camp, remeber how much fun you had last year?"

Charlotte bounced up and down on her seat with excitment, "Maybe i'll find a bofriend."

"What do you do with a boyfriend?" Liam looked puzzled.

"You play with him and he doesn't leave you ever unless he dies." She had on her grownup face as she explaned this to her twin.

"Mamma, i want a boyfriend too."

Ash stiffled her giggles and played along with them until she reached their camp and dropped them off, "See you guys in a week! Be careful, don't hit anyone to hard!"

Damn they were growing fast, it felt like just yesterday she'd been trying to pick a good name, trying to find a good place to settle down, a place far from her children's father's control. When she'd ran all she'd had was her guns and about two thousand in cash, not much, but enough to start new.

Now they were getting ready for school and talking about boyfriends.

She stopped at Luthors on the way back to town, the good thing about her children's week long camp being so far from town was that Luthor her weapons expert was right smack in between the camp and Ash's home.

"Hey ma mia, what's up girlie, how the torch working for you?" Luthor walked up and grabbed her in a one armed hug, his huge tattoo'd body hugging her tiny one. Most of the tattoos she'd done herself as favors and trades for supplies.

The torch is a simple handled knife that opens into four two and half inch blades, beautiful knife. Luthor saw it while he was in mexico and knew Ash would want it so he bought and gave it to me for my birthday, one of the pirks of being a ling time loyal customer who also had his mother on speed dial.

"Ai, it works well although i don't use i t nearly as much as it should be used."

"That's the problem with taking no more jobs and going into retirement. I have new toys for you, i knew i would see you at some point, so i kept them around." That's what she liked about Luthor the most was that if you got into his good graces he stashed away knives for you, giving them to you as favors or in payment for a favor already done. Ash had saved his little girls life a while ago and shot his phychotic bitch of a ex-wife, let's just say he owed her a lot of favors.

"Ahh Luthor you read my mind, I'm also hoping i can order a few more rounds for my 9's."

He cocked his head, "Someone wake you up on a sunday?"

She smiled, "More or less, there's a new bike gang in town the Bloody Wolves, you heard anything about them?"

He leaned back on his work bench, "Only the history, i don't know anything about last names or who's in charge now. I do know that the origonal founders were wolves, they used to be pretty big but i haven't heard from them in a few hundred years." Another thing about Luthor, he's a wizard, not a dinky, nerdy, old guy either, someone messes with this guy not only does he get horse ears for the rest of his life but he also has a lot of people after his ass. No one messes with Luthor Calliway and gets away with it.

"I reckon that their might be some wolves still in the gang but not many, not with all the hunters on their tails every full moon. i know they used to deal guns and later on they worked as protection for strip bars." He lifter a box onto the steel top counter. "Like i said I don't got anything on them at preasent, but i'll look into it for you. They the ones you shot." He looked worried for her.

"Nah, more liek the two head bosses are getting to close and decided guns were to dangerous for a girl like mwah." She fluttered her eyes.

He roared bending at the waist with laughter, "They sure don't know ya well huh ma mia?" He laid out the equipment he'd saved for her. She let out a sigh, "Oh Luthor you are my fifth favorite person in the world." She breathed her hands over the first knife, it as a copy of the knives used in the movie Riddick, rare and so very wonderful. The next two were knife cave knives, and the last was a rod that opened up into a simple pearl white staff hand carved.

"Oh man, their beautiful, perfect Luthor, thank you." She gave him another hug and put the knives and ammo he handed her into a black leather bag. "Do you have an extra bug detect, i need to make sure my office stays clear."

"Of course i got me a whole bag of them, top of the line i'll give you two if you promise to be careful on not get on the wrong side of this gang, no matter who they are today, gang of enemies is never good thing."

She smiled and nodded, "Mind if i stash my ford and take the bike, i'll be back in a week on the way to get the kids."

"Yes, it will give me something to tinker with."

She glared, "It better not be in peices when i get back Luthor, i love that truck."

His hands went up in surrender as he waved her off, "Go i have meeting soon."

She grinned and jogged towards her kawasaki motercycle, sleek and blue it was to uncumfortable to take on long distance rides but perfect for a good speed rush.

Slinging her legs over it and taking a moment to enjoy being on the bike again she put on her helmet making sure to tuck away her hair before starting it and leaving. She laughted as she felt the rush of the wind and the sheer adrenaline rush and she raced towards town. She hadn't been on a motercycle for nearly five years but it felt like only yesterday as her muscles easily remebered how to control the bike and her body leaned with it as if they were one.

The heard two engines behind her, looking back she saw two twin motercycles gaining on her tail.
