"This is adverse,"

Graduation is the most awaited part of event for some students. But for me, this day is a disappointment. Yes, I earned lots of achievement in this field. Cum Laude pa nga ako, e. But graduating in this course makes me realize that I've wasted four years of studying my grandmother's dream for me.

But did you know my dream course in life? It's civil engineering. I wanted to be an engineer. Pero bilang masunurin na apo, I take other course and left my dream course behind. It's worse than I thought. Studying someone's dream is sucks. It feels like they control me for four years. May magagawa pa ba ako?

A bored person, indeed.

"Brielle, 'di ba, iyon 'yung crush mo?" I rolled my eyes when Lumi started to shake my arms while looking at someone in front of us. She maybe pertaining to Vincent, taga-kabilang section na napagkamalang crush ko raw. I don't have a crush on Vincent. He's a total pain in the ass. Feeling close.

I ignored Lumi and focused in front of stage.

"Oh..." I was about to stood up because the speaker told us when someone poke the side of my cheeks. My forehead started to crease and turned my head around to see who made that thing. I just rolled my eyes when I saw my enemy standing at my back, pretending doing nothing. "Epal,"

Tumayo na ako at walang ganang nakinig. Our graduation song is now started to play in the speaker. Nagkapit-kapit kaming lahat habang sumasabay sa kanta. So, this is the last part of the graduation, huh?

Reklamo ako nang reklamo kasi alam kong wala akong magagawa.

"Congratulations sa atin!" Masayang bati ni Tony habang tumatalon-talon pa.

In our circle of friends, si Tony ang pinakamasayahing tao na nakilala ko. Si George na walang pakialam. Si Lumi na palaging nang-aasar. Si Jay na mabilis mapikon. Si... never mind. Basta pangit siyang ka-bonding.

Jay said, frowning.

"Yuck..." she murmured, natawa kami. "Mas gwapo pa sa 'yo tipo ko. Kilabutan ka nga,"

"Uy! Pakasal na kayo. Pwede naman na tayong mag-asawa," five of us turned our gaze to Tony. I can sense na sobrang seryoso ng mga mukha namin dahil na-tense si Tony bigla. "B-Bakit?"

"We need to work first," tipid na paliwanag ni George.

"I agree," Lumi even raised her hand.

"Ikaw, Brielle?" Tapos sa katabi ko naman siya tumingin. "Race?"

I just shrugged as a response.

I raise my brow with a questioning look. "Sabay pa talagang nagkibit-balikat." She giggles.
