Y/n- your name
C/n- crush name
B/f/n- best friend name-
EVERY FREE DAY I have, I always get to enjoy cooking and sometimes baking. It's one thing a lot of people don't know about me.
But while I was cooking in the middle of the night, I heard my phone ring. I contemplated if I should answer it or continue my baking. But I still answered it.
"Y/N speaking, who is this?" I formally said to the phone while my hands are busy mixing the batter.
"Do you still do that? That is so annoying. I'm your best friend, and you talk to me as if we're business partners." My best friend said.
"Sorry. . . I am apparently very busy at the moment. But, what's up?"
"I am here to offer you a vacation. Since our break is coming to an end, I think it's best to have a vacation."
"When and where?"
"My mom already booked us in a resort. I'm bringing you, C/N, and my boyfriend, Carl." She explained.
"When?"
"Next Wednesday. Saying 'no' is not allowed. You'll go even if you like it or not. I need to go, bye!"
I am really not in the mood to have a vacation. I think just being at home is already the best vacation I can ever have. But there's no way I'll decline that offer.

SO APPARENTLY, C/N, the guy I have been crushing ever since forever, is the one who'll pick me up.I was rummaging inside my closet like a mad woman looking for the best outfit I could get.
My pink top I am currently wearing isn't enough to please him and get a compliment from him. So maybe a dress will do.
But I was too late when I heard the bell ring. He's here. C/N is here.
I ran downstairs to get the door open before anybody could. And I was surprised to see him in a black polo shirt and plain beige shorts. It was a very simple outfit, but he still made my heart skip a beat.
"Where's B/F/N?" I casually asked, ignoring the eyeing thing he is doing at the moment. Is he judging my pink childish clothes? Should I get back upstairs and change to a better dress?
"We're coming to get her. . . You're the first one I am picking up. Uhm. . . You look nice." He said. Wait, did he just compliment me? Or is it a backhanded compliment. "You already packed and ready to go?" He asked.
"Yes! Uh - here is my bag. I got it with me!" I awkwardly said and laughed off everything like I always do.
"Let me help you." He took my duffle bag that is full of my things. I ignored my heating cheeks when our fingers touched. It was definitely nothing to him, but for me, it was everything.
I bid my goodbyes to my parents before leaving with C/N. I was sitting on the shotgun sit beside him as he drove. I was just using my phone and playing random games I have downloaded to ignore everything that is happening right now.
