He nodded and went to hug me.

"My... patient d-died earlier." He confessed.

I was shocked about it but of course, I kept myself calm so he wouldn't act shocked or panic too.

"I-It's not your fault, you'll be fine." I comforted him.

I tried catching his eyes but he wouldn't just look at me. Wow unang away ba 'to as husband and wife?

"Uuwi na ko," I said. Getting pissed.

"Take care," He said and helped me pick my things up.

I rolled my eyes secretly and went out. When I reached the parking lot, I realized na wala akong dalang sasakyan ko. I texted Maeve if she could pick me up and she replied 'yes' naman.

I went to Starbucks sa loob ng hospital. I know Maeve can find me quickly because of my face so I didn't bother texting her where I was sitting. I ordered our favorite drinks and just scrolled through my phone while waiting for her arrival.

I saw their post about last night, nag bar pala sila aftr the wedding? Sana all. I mean, I have a nice hot night naman so I don't mind. And they still include me sa pictures kahit wala ako, they're leaving a space for me there.
