I can't tell if I'm liking her already. All I know is that, she could never replace Farah in my heart. She'll always own my heart.
And thinking about life without Farah while playing with my pen makes me sick. I can't stand a life without seeing her face every morning.
I received a message from a batch mate of mine, Brix. He asked if we could hang out tonight at Rouge Bar and he told me na may iba rin na pupunta. Without a further a do, I replied yes.
It was eight in the evening when I started preparing myself for that night out. At nine-thirty in the evening I got there. Some of my old friends was also there drinking and hooking up with some random girls.
"Pare! It's been a while! How are you doing, man?" Brix approached.
We did our handshake and it doesn't even change after a damn years not seeing each other.
"I'm good. How's the hospital?" I asked.
They owned a hospital in tagaytay, somewhere there. It's one of the famous and successful hospital here in the country. Legazpi Medical Center.
"I told you, Man! Lumipat ka na sa amin! We need a doctor like you!" He said frankly.
"No thanks, I have my own hospital to manage." I said and rolled my eyes.
"So boasty! Anyways, enjoy the night! Some of my friends arrived puntahan ko lang."
"You mean, Almira Serhafina? Your old crush? Hmmm..." I said as a joke.
"Shut up, man! I heard she's engaged... and she has a daughter now."
He gave me a warning death glare before looking away trying to stop himself from laughing.
"Hot momma era I guess? Will you guys stop gossiping at my friend?" Nathan suddenly came.
"Looks like a hot daddy is enjoying his free time?"
"I deserve a day off, fuckers! Nakakapagod rin mag-alaga kay Ail Gillian." he chuckled.
