I hate to admit that I was forgetting her already. Everyday, I don't feel lonely anymore. I know she wants me to move on too and doesn't want me to live in pain and sorrow. I just wished that maybe she stayed a little longer for me. I just wished that she had the chance to explain everything to me. Because until now I still don't fvcking get why she'd left me for a whole damn year and returned dead.
I was on my way to my office when I suddenly bumped into Sol. I was confused what she was doing here because this is the pediatrician lane. Oh! Could it be the little girl?
"I'm sorry!!" She said.
"It's fine, just don't run again next time. You might bump into the children." I said frankly.
"F-Frigus! Haha! Of course!"
I turned my back to her so that I could continue walking but I heard the little girl's voice again.
"Tita-Mommy, why is it so long? My feet are hurting na po…" The little girl pointed to the lane where you will pay the bills.
"Eh kasi, there's a lot of patients too! Let's just wait a little bit more, okay?"
I sighed and kneeled down in front of the kid.
"You remember me?" I asked.
"Yes! You're a friend of Tita-Mommy!" She said.
I laughed. "Wanna see magic?" I asked.
"Magic? What magic?" she asked.
I motioned Sol to follow me and give me the bills. Within just a minute it's already done.
"You can go home na, your bills are already paid." I said.
"Po? How is that?!" she asked, amazed.
"I'm sorry I need to take this call." I nodded to Sol.
I took a snap of the little girl while she's sitting on the couch in the lobby. She's so adorable and cute.
"Frigus! Uhh… I hate to say this but I need to attend some errands, can… can you take care of her just for an hour? This is really an emergency!"
Why the fvck would someone leave their children at the hospital? Anyways, I think she's not lying at all. She looks stressed and worried.
"Okay. Uuwi na ko by 4 PM I could bring her to you just text me the address or the place." I said.
She said 'thank you' and left. She ran really fast towards the elevator. While I just stared to this kid, not knowing what to do.
