Pollen's POV:
"Hey boss, I was wondering if you saw my brother's book any-.." I paused for a moment as we both looked at each other. I broke the silence as I looked at the book on his desk before looking back at him.
"I can explain-" He said, trying not to make it seem awkward.
"So your the one who took his book? Or is that one of your own?" I asked, raising a brow.
"I mean- well.. yes.."
"Does he know anything about it?"
"No exactly- wait shouldn't you be training?"
"That's not my full concern right now sir, my concern is how my brothers belongings is in your possession at the moment" I stated. He frowned up a bit before taking a long sigh. "Do you even see how your brother acts? Not only does it affect his skills on cooperation but also his mental health too""So your telling me after you almost killed my brother, you expect his mental health to be at the right moment for training? Sure he has been acting a little off but he can't see in his right eye anymore. So of course somehow his performances during our training and shit isn't gonna go so well.." I told him, expecting a reaction out of him. "Why'd you think I gave him that book in the 1st place?"
"So that way you wouldn't have to keep his secrets for him?" He looked directly at me, looking a bit more pissed.
"Well- yes, but his mental health isn't stable either, you don't know what he's going through and he will eventually stop telling me things. So I'll just return the book to him and we'll call it a day sir.." I said facing him as I let my hand out, waiting for him to hand the book over.
"Fine, later I want him in my office, understood?" He lowered his head as he handed me the book. "Thank you sir, I'll see what I can do." I walked out the room as I closed the door, the moment I did I ran off to go find Samuel.
(8:12 pm) Soldier's POV:
I had given up, the book is nowhere to be found and earlier one of the Soldiers tried to kill me with some gas and some fire. Luckily one of the younger soldiers always unplug the electronics Incase if that ever happened. As I was laying in bed looking through my phone, a couple of photos were me and Pollen, our 1st day here.
"Jesus Christ, that's what I used to look like..?" I mumbled a bit. I looked at Pollen for a moment, she hadn't changed one bit. As I continued scrolling through more photos, I heard Pollen knock on my door multiple times. "Come in" I said, seeing her fall into the room. "I found your book!" She said, joyfully. "Where was it?!"
"It was uh... it was in the kitchen! Yep..!"
"That's strange... how the hell it ended up there?"
"Look I have no fucking clue, but be careful with your shit alright?"
I'd smile at her and nod, giving her a hug. "Thank you so much Pollen." She looked up at me before saying: "Your welcome.. Torcher stopped by earlier and told me to bring you to his office, If that's alright.."
I'd look back at her hesitantly before saying, "I guess I have no choice to.. do I?"
