Chapter 29

The days past like the wind and the spring tournaments were before the door.
You've went to school like always and club training started. But this time it started with measuring your height.
While the guys were debating who grew most you came out last.
You proudly smiled and patted kageyama shoulder 'I've grown 3 whole cm ( 2 inches?)'
'Y/n won!' Hinata gasped.
'Hahah yeah'
And you've felt a hand on your head.
'I'm still taller' Tsukkishima smirked mockingly.
'Yeah I'm seriously debating when those legs fall off' you giggled.
Tsukkishimas expression quickly changed to a frown.
'Let's Go Training!!' Daichi said.

'Today we are measuring how high everyone jumps, please line up' Shimizu said.
Members after members jumped, and you were jumping last.
Hearing Hinata's 333cm (10'11 inch)
You jumped and landed on 340 cm (11'1 inch).
Everyone was shook.
'Wow better than i thought!!' You said excited.
'Y/n how?' Nishinoya jumped excitedly to you.
'I've been practicing jumping for awhile' you giggled.
'Tch the monster came out huh?' Tsukki snarled.
'Well the monster is better than you' yamaguchi teased Tsukkishima getting glares from him.
Then Takeda Sensei rushed into the gym.
‚Kageyama San and l/n san you're invited to the all japan youth training camp!!'
Eyes widened ‚what?!'.
‚Congrats!!'
‚Tobio you did it!!' you yelled.
‚Haha didnt you too?' Daichi asked.
You nodded happily.
The camp was there to search for 2 students to represent japan in about 2 years so you were definitely cheering for Kageyama.
‚Oh And a Special Training is happening for promising rookies in miyagi prefecture, and Tsukkishima was chosen' the sensei announced once more.
Tsukkishima gasped ‚uh I actually want to decli..'
‚Tsukkishima you got to go!! Nice one!' Daichi and sugawara came cheering.
And tsukkishima gave in but hinata was pissed ‚and me?' he asked.
But the guys laughed, and luckily nishinoya tried cheering hinata up.

Ending training hinata already went home and you've been surprised seeing iwaizumi and oikawa waiting for you.
‚Woah didnt expect you guys' you smiled.
‚oh the king is here?' tanaka asked teasingly.
‚Haha yeah' you laughed.
‚Ugh lets go y/n' Oikawa and pulled onto your arm.
‚All right all right, bye senpai!!' you waved to Tanaka.
‚So how's your day been?' Iwaizumi asked as he pulled onto your other arm.
‚Good, I've been invited to the all japan training camp.' you giggled.
‚For real!!?' they gasped.
‚Yeah can't believe it myself' you laughed.
The both of them laughed ‚good luck'.
You arrived home and called kenma.
‚Hey is kuroo there too?'
‚Yup, how have you been?' Kenma asked happy.
‚Well I got accepted to all japan camp' you giggled.
And you heard noises in the back.
‚For real?!' Kuroo snatched the phone.
‚Yeah!'
‚Ugh give me the phone, y/n lets meet up soon!!' kenma said and hung up.
‚He's probably yelling at him' you laughed and hopped inside the shower.

The following days you've been training with asahi.
And you've been on the way to the all japan camp.
‚They gave such a bad description' you said looking on the scribbled paper.
‚I agree'
The two of you tried to find a way and finally saw a large arena.
‚Its this right?'
Kageyama nodded.
‚Karasuno?' you heard a voice and turned to it.
A guy with a mask spoke.
And you looked to kageyama he looked enlightened.
He bowed to the guy and the mask guy went away.
‚Thats a top setter!' Kageyama told you excited.
‚Ohh okay'
And kageyama took your hand going inside the huge arena.
‚Huge!' you yelled.
‚Yeah' kageyama said excited seeing all these players.
And walking through the gym you got many stares.
‚A girl?'.
And the head coach called for a meeting.
Telling you how important this opportunity is, to represent japan.
‚And l/n y/n go easy'
‚O-oh yes I will' you bowed and smiled.
The other guys wondered what the coach meant, the different teams haven't seen your matches.

And you all were splitting into teams, you were gladly paired with kageyama.
The game begun and you played normally.
And you saw kageyama smiling which made you excited. ‚Okay lets do my best!'
You blocked most balls, or received them.
The last match point, kageyama spiked the ball but the small white haired guy blocked, making a rebound which led the happy kageyama to set way too high.
‚Oh'
Everyone gasped at the height but you smirked taking this challenge and jumped high spiking it nonchalantly.
‚Puhh' you exclaimed as you came back on the floor.
‚Y/n!!' Kageyama yelled holding his hands up.
And you high fived them.
‚L-l/n don't look so happy!!' the coach yelled.
‚H-huh' you gasped.
But the head coach burst laughing ‚so she already destroyed a ball'
‚I-im so sorry!' you bowed your head.
‚Its fine, just try to control it, but at that height its no surprise that you'd use some of your strength.'
‚Thanks for understanding' and you bowed to everyone else, getting a new ball.
‚A New monster has arrived' the blonde setter said.
The rest of the day you've trained with anyone that was ready.
‚Hey can we train together?' the blonde guy asked.
‚Yeah!' you said happily ‚I'm y/n nice to meet you'
‚nice to meet you too I'm atsumu' he introduced himself.
And the two of you trained together, like a lot and atsumu would test out anything with you.
And some of the others would train with you too.
Training later ended and you befriended most of them.
‚Hey you! How are you so strong' the white haired kid asked.
The others were curious too.
‚I've been an martial artist before'
‚Thats explains alot' sakusa said.
You scratched your head laughing and received a call.
‚Hello, tsukki?' you asked.
And kageyama turned your phone on loud.
‚What's wrong?' Kageyama  asked.
‚Ugh the moody king is beside you?' tuskkishima asked.
‚Yeah now talk' you said.
‚Hinata just joined our training' he sighed.
‚What do you mean?' you gasped looking at kageyama.
‚he just joined our training' he sighed even louder.
And you burst laughing. ‚Hahaha I'll come by tomorrow, that fine?' you asked wiping your tears away.
‚Ye just come' he said.
‚Okay Great then I'll hang up'
‚Yep bye' he said.
Kageyama sighed ‚Hinata is really dumb!'
‚Who's hinata?' the others asked.
‚My best friend!' you laughed.
‚My rival' Kageyama said.
And they nodded.
‚Well then I'm going, I'm doing my training again, ah kageyama can you please wait for me later?'
And he nodded
‚Thanks I'll come back in a hour' you said.
‚Have fun' kageyama said.
You smiled and did your training.
‚What training?' atsumu asked.
‚Her own training, for endurance and strength, its death' Kageyama breathed heavily just thinking of it.
‚Seems hard huh?' the brown hairs guy Komori asked.
‚She kills anyone with it'.

An hour later you came back from running and saw kageyama, atsumu and sakusa at the door.
‚huh you two waited too?' you said receiving water from kageyama.
‚Yeah of course' atsumu said.
‚I was forced' sakusa slowly said.
You laughed and the four of you walked to the place where you stayed.

The following day went by quickly.
‚All right I'm going!' you waved to your new team members.
You took the train and went to the shiratorizawa school. ‚Shoyo!' you yelled.
‚Y/n!!' he yelled seeing you.
And the two of you hugged.
‚How's training?' you placed your arm around his shoulder.
The coach of shiratorizawa widened his eyes. ‚Isn't she that one spiker? Isn't she at all japans training camp?'

‚It's cool I'm the ball boy!' Hinata said proud.
You giggled and patted his hair.
‚It's you' you heard a familiar teasing voice.
‚Oh no' you gasped.
‚Oh no? Haha' tendou approached you.
And tsukkishima came too.
‚You playing with us?' He asked.
'Yeah why not'
'If Y/n is playing then we'll play again' Ushijima said taking his jacket off.
Tendou laughed 'You heard him, lets be on a team this time'.
You nodded.
'How about Ushijima senpai, Tendou senpai and y/n chan against us' Hinata said excited.
Kogane also spoke 'yes lets beat them!!'
'Are they dumb?' Tsukkishima sighed
'Scared of losing?' You smirked.
'Hooo i think he is' Tendou stood beside you, both of staring at Tsukkishima with a grin.
'I won't fall for that'
'He'll lose anyway, lets just start, right y/n?' Ushijima asked you.
You nodded giggling.
And Tendou burst laughing 'I didn't know you had humor'
And ushijima nodded.
Pissed Tsukkishima said 'I'm playing'
And hinata also dragged kindaichi and kunimi into it.
'I-I'll also play!!' Goshiki yelled.
'All right lets begin' you said excited.

And you had a small meeting With Tendou and ushijima 'so want to do anything?' You asked.
'We can split our team play' ushijima said.
'Alright we are pretty much good blockers, and have three great spikers setting should be easy too' you said trusting their skills.
'Great so lets win!' Tendou giggled.

Later on playing you had a lot of fun playing against the opposite team, and you've won.
And you gave high fives to your team members.
'That was great!!' You said happily.
'why did i even agree, the three of you are monsters' Tsukkishima breathed heavily.
You and your team smiled.
'B-but I've learned a lot!' Goshiki came bowing to you.
'Don't bow aren't we in the same year?'
And he lightly blushed as he got head pats from you.

'All right then I'm going back!' You bowed to everyone and got a hug from shoyo.
'I'll call you later' you said.
He nodded happily.
And you went your way.
