chapter six : Love in air

Night comes everything was calm and cool Amaka try keeping to her promise to the prince by visiting the palace again by cock crow ,the prince already waiting for Amaka at the entrance of the palace on sighting her from afar the prince walks up to her ,seeing the prince approaching her she runs towards him she hugs him , catching the prince off guard ,was this a cocidence or was she doing it intentionally or did she already fall in love with me or what ? The prince thought within himself bringing himself up to finally embrace her he then stares at her .
         "I'm sorry ,but please let's remain                               like these for a while "she says
             " It's being long I felt an opposite sex embrace me last " the prince says
    " Oh , then am glad I the one to bring out that feelings " she reply
      "Where should we head to now mine ?" He asked referring to her as his beloved
        " To the lovers moon ,the queen told me about it ,I want to tell Daniel all about it !"she says ,at the mention of the name Daniel the prince release his grip from her
         "Who is Daniel ?" He ask
         "He is just a friend ...,and also like a brother he is mine course mate and my my friend fiance " she explain emphasising on the boyfriend .
           " And you don't have a fiance or male friend ?" The prince ask on their way .
            " No not at all ..., Hoping to find ...,shall we go and see it now !" She says shy looking at the floor hoping she hasn't embarrassed herself , Amaka right from time has no problem with dating ,as men easily fall for her elegant and her intelligence ,she never had a long term relationship due to her insight of all men desire nothing but her body Daniel has being her only friend she has given up on date a long time until when she set her eyes on the prince she has started building her dream and futures around him ,in accordance to her finalization she could do anything to win the prince heart after eavesdropping on the maids .
             " Are you sure you still want to go to the lover moon ?" The prince asks bringing her out of imagination
             " To the lover's moon ,of course ,I want to place my wish before the gods of Ezzra " she says smiling the prince nods
                 " In about thirty minutes we should be there " the prince say grimly holding her hand as she succumb what remain of her and tag along with the prince in a to _do way .
For Amaka everything is going the way she want .to her she is conquering her wall of  betrayal has the prince ask her more of her personal question and her parental  upbringing .
                  " Enlighten me more about you and your parents ?" Prince demand
              " Yes your highness ,as you wish ." She answer
           " Before you start ,I want you to know one thing "the prince says as if passing information to candidate in exam Hall ,Amaka look up trying to catch the sight of his eye
           " What is that ?" She asks as their as the gaze meet as the prince looks else where
" Hum that you must tell the truth ,don't get me wrong my dear in these place people don't lie and they don't keep secret else their lives one would die and they could suffer for the rest of their life that's if they lie ,but if not they will live happily ever after " the prince says in a serious tone
" What happens to their dead body ?" She asks as the prince smile
" It's will use as appease the gods " the prince says . 
                      " My name is Chiamaka onbingare ,my place of birth is unknown but I was brought up in an orphanage home ,but I was told that my real parent live here in Ezzra , luckily I was given a special care ,sent to the best school and I wasn't allowed to be foasterd by anyone until now , I'm under government  scholarship until last two months when some one sent a mall to regarding the  woman who sent me to the orphanage home and that's why I'm here " she says .
                     " But on coming here I wanted ..... I ....think ......fall ......,"she started stammering as the prince pull closer to her in an attempt to remove pieces of thread on her head from whence he shut her up with a kiss.
" I think I'm in love with you " she says as she pull away running out in embarrassed by her childishness she face down.
