• Not only is Sakusa a mysophobe (germaphobe), he is also on the autism spectrum

He avoids contact with all but Motoya and Atsumu both because of the morbid fear of germs but also due to physical contact - unless from someone he trusts and is used to being around - sends unwelcome shivers through him and leaves an uncomfortable tingle on his skin that sends him into panic mode because he hates it that much.
