It's been a few days. Mads and josh haven't seen each other, didn't really talk. The normal.
Does that mean one of them didn't think about the other at all? Definitely not.
Particularly, Josh, poor, poor, Josh. He would call this an existential crisis, way to be dramatic. Ever since... that time, he thought about her endless times a day. Checked if she'd made any tiktoks -which she didnt-basically stalked her on social media. He was just so... Curious?
He was curious as to why his drunken self chose her for the night. Mads and him have never seen each other in a romantic way- not even a sexual way. It has always been - defaultly- strictly platonic. They never thought abt being with each other in any type of way other than friends.
That's why josh was so confused, how does it seem familiar? Did he think more of her before and just not realize it. He does think it's weird. But not in a bad way...
He found himself troubled. Specifically rn. When he is getting ready to go to dinner at saddle ranch with their mutual friends. He knew she was gonna be there, and he knew he couldn't not go, because won't leave him alone to make up excuses, of course. So it's better to take the high way, right?
